We stayed as a family of four. Two adults and two children. We got a lovely friendly visit on arriving and had everything explained to us.. how breakfast was set up and the rooms. The room was clean and tidy on arriving and freshened up everyday. The cooked breakfast was delicious and was catered for us adults and our children with a selection of cold food to. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family.

Absolutely amazing people so friendly and kind couldn’t do enough for us . beautiful room with everything you can think of will definitely be staying here again most warm welcoming hotel I’ve ever stayed in thanks for a lovely stay ..an beautiful bacon sandwich in the morning ready for us as we had to leave early

Second time staying here and I absolutely love the place and the hosts David and Gilly are wonderful hoteliers who have thought of everything. The hotel is clean, tidy and a perfect location to Blackpool centre Highlight of our stay was a lovely breakfast we will definitely be back Thank you both from us all xx

Excellent service from David & Gilly. The price for the room was perfect and breakfast was even better. We got a family room which was perfect for the 3 of us. - if you’re looking for a quiet little hotel just far enough away from the hustle of the promenade then this is the one - will be coming again later this year.

Absolutely everything you could need for your time away. Rooms beautifully decorated with themes,we stayed in the Paris room with four poster bed my parents had the room next to ours which had an Indian theme,both tastely done. Both rooms had lots of extras even down to sewing kit and cotton wool. Breakfast there is plenty to choose from with endless pots of tea or coffee. David and Gill are the perfect hosts and nothing is to much trouble. There's even a little basket on 1st floor landing with lots if stuff in that you might need or might have forgotten to pack (sanitary items,toothbrushes ect). This place is a hidden gem I'd give them 5☆ without a doubt.

We have had an amazing weekend staying here owners are amazing go above and beyond to make you feel welcome …Rooms are spotless and have everything you need. Excellent. Rooms are really nice, clean, tidy, fresh bedding and towels. David and Gill are absolutely lovely , very accommodating, friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is lovely too. Highly recommend. Great value for money.

I have stayed with Gill and Dave numerous amounts over the years. It feels like my second home :) always made to feel welcome, very clean and tidy and the choice of breakfasts are amazing! Never have a fault with anything.
