Did not respond to numerous requests to amend our booking. Youngest Son was unwell, so we tried to move the date. Therefore we lost our money. Poor customer service... Shame as we were looking forward to visiting. Will book again to visit, but unfortunately not here.

Nice place to stay in Blackpool. Wonderful welcome, very hospitable owner , as well what is very important - great neighbors on Trafalgar Road. The location is ideal, very close to the promenade and sea, every free moment you can go to the beach to check how far or close the Irish Sea is:)... if it is important for you...

It was my first time in Blackpool and i couldnt chosen better place to stay. Simon is a lovely, easy to talk to and very helpful host. Also he makes great breakfast (he has his own neat ways of making perfect egg on toast). Room was clean and bed was comfy. He had great suggestions for sight seeing and local pubs/dining. Also sea is really just 1 min from the hotel. Strongly recommend.

The Lynwood Hotel is a cozy Blackpool family hotel with excellent amenities and an even more excellent host. Simon was extremely helpful, kind, and a wonderful conversation partner. Sitting in the breakfast room and chatting over a cup of coffee was my favourite activity during our 7-day stay. I'll definitely return.

Another year another stay, great wee hotel, clean comfortable and a short walk to promenade, never stay anywhere else when visiting Blackpool, always a friendly welcome from Simon can’t wait to visit again next year and the banter is always a bonus, until next time

We had the family room which was a double bed and bunk beds. (Not much space in the room with the beds but we only needed the room to sleep). Both clean and Comfy fell asleep straight away. We didn’t book breakfast so can’t comment on that. Parked in the car park 6 seconds away. Owner friendly and helpful.

The Lynwood is one of the best b&bs I've stayed in, in Blackpool, excellent location less than a 10 minute walk to tram stops and less than 20-30 minute walk to the tower, Simon the owner is very friendly and always has your best interest at heart, very funny and always makes you feel at home, beds are very comfortable, rooms are a decent size and very clean. Would highly recommend this b&b to anyone who is staying in Blackpool in particular couples and family's, breakfast is lovely with a choice of cereal, toast and full English all included in the price

Lovely bnb, owner very nice and couldn't do enough for us, yes the place needs updating as it's tired but the place is very clean and very comfortable,we had a family room so had a double bed and some bunk beds, also had an ensuite ,very comfy beds, breakfast was also lovely, all in all would definitely stay here again,

Absolutely lovely hotel , Simon is amazing too very helpful, our first time away as a couple and enjoyed every minute, the breakfast was lovely and well worth the money , will Definately stay here again , location is the best , basically 1 mi Ute walk from the beach Pete and Karen
