Great little hotel, clean, warm and welcoming. Wendy is a fantastic host, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely little bar downstairs to relax in. Great breakfast too. Would highly recommend.

This is our second visit to this hotel Wendy is a brilliant hostess, the hotel I spotless and very comfortable Wendy is also very helpful And we will definitely stay here when we are in Blackpool

The location was brilliant. The owner ( I think Wendy) was very welcoming. We parked round the back which was great. The place was very clean. The owner and other staff member were friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean, small but had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing to note was limited internet but that seemed to be a problem in Blackpool throughout. I 100% would recommend this hotel

My wife and I stayed here for a Friday,Saturday break.Hotel was perfect for our needs,nice bedroom with tea and coffee etc.Well situated down the South pier next to pleasure beach,reasonable price for time of year and I’m sure other guests probably got more use than us of the facilities as we were out most of the time especially during air show that was on while we were there.Perfectly nice place to stay and you are made welcome.

What a little gem this place is. Could not be better located. Firstly the whole place is spotless and I mean spotless not a spec of dust, scuff mark on a wall anywhere. Our rooms were up on the third floor and were absolutely fine. The twin especially was a great size. Breakfast was great. Good produce and cooked to order. Location was 5 mins walk to Pleasure Beach, 2 mins to south pier and 1.5 mins to arcades and pubs! Despite this as on a side street was really quiet! All round a perfect base to our mini break!

Booked a 2 night tues/wed stay after recommendation from my father paid £70 for a solo room but Wendy upgraded me to the room next to my father at no extra charge. (Thank you) also helped me out by allowing me to use the hotels free rear parking (limited spaces) at no extra expense. Room (ensuite) was fully equipped and very clean modern and tidy. Good location friendly staff very modern + clean so definitely would stay again. They also do full breakfast I didn't have this as I'm not a massive breakfast fan but my father did and he says it absolutely spot on.

Great value for money the room was very comfortable, clean and bed was very comfy. Ideal for getting to pleasure beach no more than a slow 5 min walk or an excited 2min walk. Wendy is a great hostess and cooks a great breakfast 08:30-09:15 Very easy to check in we were in our room within 2mins and very welcoming We would be more than happy to stay here again. Ideal for couples and small families.

Ideally placed for the Pleasure beach and sandcastle water park - seconds walk from the seafront, We came as a family of three, room was small but adequate as a base to explore. Landlady was friendly and helpful - free parking to the rear was also ideal as the on street parking was permit only. Good value for money and would stay again.

Well all I can say is that Wendy is the perfect host ,had a lovely 7 days staying here room was a little small for staying 7 days but we coped ,breakfast was lovely and you was able to pick what you wanted ,shame no fruit available ,so we brought our own ,
