Great location on seafront, easy parking £5 until midday next day. Good buffet breakfast with vegetarian options in a dining room with sea view. Rooms are noisy, very thin walls and you can hear every word of people walking past in the corridor so take earplugs. Would stay again though, the staff are all very good and the place is nice and clean.

The facilities are old and they don’t look very clean. They check out at 10:30 in the morning and don’t leave luggage, but all hotels in this place are similar.

Katie steers a very good ship co-ordination a Great crew of professional staff giving a extra mile service going out their way to give a friendly warmth of hospitality. The dinning room staff Alex&Nicola were extremely helpful to my wife and myself with friendly chat that added to their caring fine service with good cheer, room was clean and comfortable. as was lounges &bar. Hotel in a sea front location. A big Thanks also to the reption staff bar and housekeeping not forgetting Mick the maintenance man . They were all ,so friendly made our holiday👏👏Alex and Anne.

We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future.

Booked 4 nights B@B payed on booking on arrival night’s parking and pet charges to pay on checking my receipt in my room I have been charged for room again back at reception a refund was processed two weeks later I am still waiting for my money back why should it take so long

Very convenient, the tram stop was literally on the doorstep. The staff were very friendly, helpful and listening. The facilities were excellent. I am disabled and had absolutely no problems with access. The bed was huge, I lost my husband in it! The hotel was very clean and welcoming. They also did an excellent breakfast, cooking some items to order. The staff even remembered my preferences.
