Great experience, very clean rooms, me and my three children loved our weekend break away and the owners were very friendly, we would definitely recommend and would definitely return in the future.

FANTASTIC!!! Where to start?? Lisa & Wayne are such good hosts! We were treated with a really warm welcome and made to feel at home from the minute we got there. THE ROOM Everything was spotlessly clean. The beds are so comfortable and the bedding is clearly “high end” Lisa & Wayne haven’t scrimped on anything! Pillows/Mattresses/Towels etc all really good quality. The bathroom was immaculate!! The bar is really reasonably priced with a free pool table!! Restaurants/bars/shops & takeaways all on your doorstep. We really couldn’t recommend Hawthorn House enough. 10/10 from us. Paul, Steph, Brooke & Eden

Beautiful, spotlessly clean guest house, ample sized fresh rooms, no squeaky floorboards, very helpful and attentive hosts.
Very well located, parking close by, highly recommended indeed.

Really lovely hotel with a great family for hosts. We had a great time and they made us feel at home accommodating our every need. Spotless rooms, great little bar with pool table.

A stunning family hotel, immaculately clean and the hosts are really welcoming. Ideally located just a two minute walk to the sea front and close to all the usual Blackpool attractions. We managed to park outside the hotel where there is ample on street parking. Highly recommended, we will definatly be back

Very good hotel really friendly and would defo reccomend love the 2 days i stayed very welcoming rooms are lovely and having a quiet bar area was nice too will defo go again. Pool table and big tv for the football aswell
