This property is really unique. It is so peaceful and beautiful- lambs, highland mountains and scenery everywhere you look! We absolutely loved it. Beyond this, the food and service were amazing, too! For a small hotel, the kitchen staff and food quality were an unexpected delight. The hotel itself is clean albeit small and dated rooms (exactly what I expected), but the beds were comfortable and facilities in good working order. Overall a great experience and I would return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dalmunzie although it was a brief stopover as we travelled from the north of Scotland to Cairnryan. I suppose one might say the property was a bit faded but that was part of the charm. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and our evening meal was very good. Our beds were very comfortable. Breakfast too was excellent, all in all I would recommend it

Quel charme ! Un château magnifique, où toute la décoration fait sens. Le personnel est très avenant, très professionnel, y compris lors du service à table. La cuisine y est fabuleuse (meilleur repas en Ecosse), et les chambres sont dans le thème de l’hôtel. Si ce château n’était pas autant perdu, nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

The gallery pictures need to be updated, the hotel needs alot of tlc, there is no castle feel and service is not as friendly as it could be.

We absolutely loved our stay & would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area! We got to golf on the hotels course, which had absolutely amazing views. The staff was very friendly, the hotel had a great atmosphere, and our room was perfect to fit a family of four!

Beautiful castle. The staff was very friendly. Tge restaurant was very good. The grounds are beautiful! Definitely will return.
