For $140 it was OK. I like soft mattresses, my wife likes firm. It was too hard for both of our tastes. There was plenty of steaming hot water. The air conditioning was really quiet. It was next to the highway, yet we didn't hear a single vehicle. Very quiet motel. Handy to the restaurants in town. We walked down to the Royal Hotel for dinner. It wasn't far.

Plenty of hot water. Very quiet, which was a big surprise given its off the highway. I like a soft mattress. My wife likes a firm mattress. Didn’t suit either of us as it was very hard. Pillows ok. Easy walk to restaurants. At $14 it was worth it though. Nice owner.

I was most satisfied with my stay there. From the warm greeting by the owner, to the spacious and clean rooms, I was most impressed. Being in the centre of town was great, as well as still being nice and quiet.

Stayed the night here after heading from Parkes. Had planned to stay in Bathurst but all accommodation was booked out due to the 12 hr race being on. The hotel was in the centre of town but unfortunately when we arrived on Saturday afternoon all shops in the main street were closed. The room was large with a queen and single bed in it.Plenty of room for our suitcases.Small table and two chairs,bedside tables with lamp.Older type A/C in wall and small TV. Fridge,microwave,kettle and toaster plus tea/coffee.No cutlery or crockery apart from cups /glasses and spoons. Did not appear to have Wifi there as no mention of it. Bathroom was good with shower screen door. Parking was directly out the front of the unit. Nice and popular Chinese restaurant just 2 blocks down the road had great meals for dinner
