Ctrip's intermediary agent method is quite a scam. Because of the change in business trip time, I booked a two-day room and wanted to cancel it one day in advance. As a result, I could only cancel it through the agent and could not cancel it directly at the front desk. However, Ctrip's process management is still quite "professional". They kept sending messages saying that they were following up, but there was no result. I have already returned, but they are still hesitating. I have to say, it's too bad!

The property has an unconventional of way of having the AC work . It does not cool as sufficient as you want . Very hot rooms and very hard beds .
