Was an okay stay. Seems to be a very old building that has been updated. Because of the age of the building there is a distinct musty smell all around the hotel. Average hotel being presented as a Luxury hotel. It just seemed a little grungy everywhere other than the lobby.

Enjoyed our 4th stay. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable.also upgraded to new toilets so it is no longer like I am sitting on the floor. Love the pool and hot tub. My husband uses the steam room and sauna. All included and you can’t bet the view from the 5th floor hot tub. Ate at the restaurant this trip and food is good. Only negative is they have you pay to park in there garage that is also open to public.

During a recent outing with my girlfriends to the lobby bar of the Grove Hotel, we encountered a disappointing experience with bartender Izzy. She struggled with making a basic gin and tonic and had a rude attitude when asked for a remake. Customer service seemed to be lacking in her case. This issue needs to be addressed before we consider returning. Izzy's performance was subpar.

Like the location. Parking is terrible as space is very limited. Was given a warning because my tire was touching the yellow parking line.
