If you visit Bologna, this is the place to stay. Snr Ramponi has made this a home away from home - comfortable, fully-equipped, so convenient, and a no-fuss remotely opened entry. I heartily recommend. We will stay again!

We found the whole experience for check-in seamless and real-time, evn though it was done remotely (pretty impressive). The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the convenience of appliances and clothes washing facility was just what we needed after having spent a couple of weeks in hotel accommodation. We would highly recommend this property, in a quieter part of town but 10 minutes walk from the main square.

Casa disposta in pieno centro , facile da raggiungere e da muoversi liberamente in centro, molto accogliente, riscaldamento sempre attivo, molto pulita, ben fornita di tutti i confort compreso il Wi-Fi, proprietario molto disponibile per qualsiasi bisogno un unica pecca che le finestre non sbucano fuori ma dentro il condominio quindi rimane poco illuminata ma per il resto perfetta la consiglio molto e ci tornerei.

L'appartamento è spazioso per ospitare quattro persone (2 matrimoniali), pulito e silenzioso. Zona abbastanza centrale per potersi muovere nel centro di Bologna, ma non così centrale da trovarsi al centro della movida. Personale molto disponibile per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Una sistemazione a Bologna - ideale per chi deve passare un po' di tempo. Cucina perfettamente attrezzata, a pochi passi da ristoranti con ottima cucina e prezzi abbordabilissimi. Il titolare è molto disponibile
