The moment the door was opened, there was a wow sound, great! It is recommended to add 25 Euros to upgrade the suite (with kitchen) due to bringing children. The extra bed is a double bed spread out by a double sofa, super stable! The child had a fever originally scheduled to check out at 11 o'clock, the front desk was very user-friendly and added two hours to check out at 13 o'clock. Later, I went to rest on the sofa in the lobby and was greeted and helped by the managers (to take medicine to help ask the doctor). The hotel is 10 minutes away from the cathedral and Beethoven’s house and 7 minutes away from the railway station. 15 minutes from the University of Bonn. Did not take a taxi on this day. There is parking lot. Breakfast is relatively simple.

It was awesome. Everything was good - nice Appartement in the middle of Bonn and a perfect support from Bob during the whole stay. Th breakfast locations were super. Thank you Bob!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in April 2022 during a family & friends reunion trip in my old hometown. Our Junior Suite # 107 was comfortable with scenic views on the river Rhine. One could have just sit on his bed and stare out of the window for hours. Sleeping quality was excellent and the bathroom - though on the smaller side - spotlessly clean. What we missed was a small shelf in bathroom, which could be easily installed above the toilet for example. Now we had to keep our wash bags on the desk in the room, what is not really convenient. Also towels are a bit small and there are no bigger ones available - even on request. The room itself is functional, sufficiently clean, however, a little more attention to detail is recommended, mainly the floor would need some more intense cleanup prior to arrival next time. Breakfast was ok, not exceptional, but what you can expect from a 4* city hotel. Service was friendly. The location is one of a kind, super central in one of Bonn's nicest parts, calm, but still sufficiently close to many sights and attractions. The city centre with its pittoresque pedestranian area and the univeristy are right next door or just a few minutes walk away. Another big plus was the staff, especially Mrs. Müller and the receptionist from Columbia, who went above and beyond to make our stay the most convenient. We didnt manage to dine in the Olveto restaurant, since we had pre-organised dinners every evening, but will attempt to manage next time. The garage at 18 € per night may appear pricey to some, but it is definitely worth it, given how difficult it is to find a parking space in this area of Bonn. Overall, we had a very good stay, the views, the gentle staff and location prevail over the few small caveats we encountered during our visit. Whenever we come back to Bonn for an overnight stay, we will try to get a room at the Hotel Königshof, again.

The location of the hotel is good, there are matching business districts around, eating is also more convenient, very recommended. The parking lot is 26 a day, if you go out halfway, you need to pay separately to recalculate, a bit expensive. There is a Longbao not far from the car is very worth seeing.

Lovely position on the Ufer ..river bank ...with car parking( extra charge) within easy walk from town centre for restraunts etc .Excellent breakfast . Rooms are a bit quirky with regard to decor but comfortable and well appointed. There is a roof top bar with great view of the river

This Marriott is located near the river, with nie walking paths nearby. It is easy to drive to, on the outskirts of the city of Bonn, and very near a metro station. The parking garage is large and easy to navigate. There are no nearby resturants (other than the overpriced one in the hotel)....a Vapianos and one other place, named ”Different” are the next closest at about a 15-20 minute walk away and no grocery stores close enough to easily walk to. This is our second stay here and in both cases Lieferando orders took FOREVR to get to us and involved lost drivers. We saw two other guest parties having similar delivery issues this stay. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Check in and out went smoothly. The executive lounge is spacious and recently renovated. Food and drink offerings and service were less than most Marriotts in Germany. There are only peanuts and gummy candies during the day. Plus water (if someone has refilled it, it was empty almost as often as full), coffee and a soda fountain with Pepsi products. Evening cocktail hour adds juices, wines and beer, NO ice brought in for the sodas (we did flag someone down the first night and ask for it, it was brought about half an hour later, but the staff seem so busy we didn't feel comforatble asking again). Lounge staff never greet guests or offer any service, only come to refill food or drinks in the self serve area or bus tables from time to time. Snacks are defintely that, snacks, most Marriott lounges you can make a light meal out of the offerings, not this one (ironic given how little other meal options are nearby). The main offering was soup nightly (plus a VERY small salad and cheses selection and one meat based starter each night). The soup alternated between cauliflower or potato nightly. The gym is large and a highlight of the property. Lots of equipment and all in good shape. Housekeeping is below expectations. Our room was missed one day, dirty glasses (all placed togehter on one dresser) were never removed (there were 14 at the end of the week), lotion not refilled, etc. However the major cleaning was done, and towels were actually left to be reused when we hung them up, which was nice. There was an ice bucket in the room but the only way to get ice was to call for room service. They really need to add an ice machine to the shop area like so many other marriotts in Germany are doing. The bed was confotable and the room fairly well layed out overall. One final gripe: the TVs are enclosed in a wood frame to keep people from plugging a device into them to stream. OK, I am sure too many people damage TVs doing that, BUT this hotel also fails to offer streaming, or log in options diretcly on the TV, etc. Most any good hotel these days finds a way to let you stream your content on the in room TV and lacking that, plus the only channels available being basic German ones, really felt like somthing was missing. Overall it is more good

The reservation of the room directly at Maritim has worked very well. Hotel was renovated. The ladies at the reception are very friendly. Very nice rooms and very comfortable. The pool is open from 7-24 clock. Top! The breakfast buffet is very rich and absolutely recommendable. The receptionist is very friendly at breakfast.

The breakfast was great and the restaurant was beautiful and looked at the Rhine. Parking is free, but it is actually stopping the road outside the hotel. Some of them are 120-year-old buildings, but some rooms are newly decorated with a large smell. I changed the room once. There is no air conditioning. All of the air conditioners are free to use. Our honeymoon trip took us here for the first night. We wanted to stop in Cologne to see some sights the next morning, This was a perfect location just off the motorway, and only 20 minutes back in to Cologne. When we arrived, the staff member that saw us in was pleasant, satisfactory English, but seemed to lack any personality, like she was bored. The restaurant in the hotel was closed when we arrived, when we queried this, we were told its a breakfast only facility. I asked for some recommendations for the local area to get some dinner, I was handed an A4 sheet with multiple eateries. My Wife and I like to read some reviews before going, and found only a couple out of the whole list was on Google or Trip Advisor, so not the most helpful. OK if your not bothered though. Dimitri Grill up the road, about 20 minute walk, I highly recommend this place! (Reviewed separately) The room was pleasant, odd shape, clean and comfortable. It had a safe, sofa and chairs, bed was hard, which was nice. The shower was amazing, could have stayed in there all day. The room however was only made up for one person, we had to call down to get more bedding and towels. These turned out to be single duvets only. The hotel don't stock double or king, only singles. There was a coffee and tea facilities however the kettle is only useable under the wall mounted TV, so the steam and heat goes in to the TV, the coffee was not nice at all, and again was only made up to be enough for one. Car park was odd, its free to get in with a barrier that goes up automatically when you move towards it, however to get you need a token from reception to leave. The staff did remind us of this, however there was no check on if we were guests or not. If your a light sleeper due to light, take an eye mask as the curtains are as thin as cotton. If your looking for a pamper, or some fluffy stuff, this is not the hotel. This is purely a business hotel, or a bed and go kind of hotel.

The conference hotel Seminaris in Bad Honnef was built in 1986 and offers 211 rooms over 5 floors. There are 18 large meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and sauna. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. In the lobby of the hotel there is a stele of a mounted Roman soldier. At walking distance you find the Rhine River and the Drachsenfels where Siegfried – the hero of the Nibelungen – killed the dragon Fáfnir. Our room was adequately furnished and decorated with desk, chair & safe, flat-screen TV and wardrobe. We had a good twin bed, and a separate bathroom with toilet, washroom & shower. All was clean. The window can be open but has no mosquito screen. Free Wi-Fi Internet. No free coffee & tea nor free parking. The buffet breakfast is OK with ample variety: powder based scrambled eggs, cold cuts, bread and rolls, juices, cereals, fruit, milk, yoghurt, fruit juice, tea & coffee. The atmosphere in the Seminaris hotel is conference & business style and we had an OK stay.
