We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and kept clean continuously despite the snow and slush everywhere! The breakfast was good even though there wasn't much for gluten free diet needs. The water bottle filler was a pleasant surprise, too! The room was clean and spacious and the hotel toiletries were actually really nice! We loved the “ come hang out” feel of the Lobby with the couches, games, tv, pool table, and the little privacy nooks! The staff was very friendly and helpful and overall it was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed!

New clean and tidy, good soundproofing, good location, good parking, there are many restaurants and big supermarkets next to the airport, it is a little embarrassing, the hotel's own hair dryer, the result is used 2 times, other perfect

Having been in lockdown for two years I finally had the chance to get to Cincinnati again, and this hotel did not disappoint. Despite some poor reviews on this site I found the room spacious and clean and the front desk staff most accommodating and friendly. They full met my Marriott preferences and despite the no room service - I was only there for two nights so was not an issue during my stay. If I had to try and find fault the hotel has yet to return to full breakfast and it would be nice to see the end of the pre-packaged food - but with an abundance of nearby restaurants this was not an issue for me. I will be returning again in 2023 so will have no hesitation in booking this again despite nearby newer competition.

Motel style, just pass by and stay for one night. Nothing special. Environment: Just barely passable, the lobby is small and feels crowded. Service: There is a tattooed strong man at the front desk, which is quite special. I don’t know if he is ruthless or not, but he doesn’t talk much.

This was a lovely, clean property in a great location for all of our sightseeing. We stayed for five nights and four days. I’m pretty picky about hotels and really liked this place. There were two things though that didn’t sit well with me: 1) On days 1, 3 and 4, someone brought us clean towels and emptied the trash. On day 2, I had to ask for towels and asked when housekeeping would come in. I was told they would do an entire cleaning of the room on day 3. I was told the same thing when I asked again at the end of day 4. So, in 4 days and (by then) 4 nights, no one ever changed the bedding, made the bed, cleaned the bathroom, or vacuumed. That was odd and frustrating because all of that being done is what makes staying in a hotel a bit of a luxury, and surely must be a sizeable part of the price. We paid a few dollars less than $900 but--in the department of housekeeping--only got clean towels and emptied wastebaskets 3 times without having to ask; and 2) A couple of hours after we checked out and drove on to Lexington, I realized I had left a necklace and earrings hanging on a wall peg next to the bed. The hotel had my phone number and email address, but they never contacted me in an attempt to return them. Disappointing.

It was nice to have a spacious living room and kitchen. It's quiet around, but it's good to shop around the commercial area. I recommend it.
