Very disappointing. 1. The "hotel" is a health resort or rehabilitation facility. 2. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant and in the entrance area. 3. Delicious breakfast. 4. Rooms and furnishings are run down. Refrigerator is louder than a tractor. Patio door could not be locked. Table destroyed. Wallpaper torn off in one corner. 5. One receptionist was rude. When we wanted to change rooms after 5 minutes, she asked "why we are so late(?)". Conclusion: the price is not justified in any way. Not 4 stars!

I had one of the worst experiences during my four city trip to Georgia, I did third party booking so instead of family a triple room was booked, I did talk to the tourist company who did the mistake however the staff was very inconsiderate and I had to separate since we were 2 adults 2 kids, the bed given in triple room is not worth sleeping, Air-conditioning in old building is worst, due to medical Spa you see crowd of 60 plus mostly, over hyped, not worth at all.

Horror...for 70 euros the room. There is filth everywhere...there is no service...I'm shocked. I recommend that you do not stay in this hotel. There is no service at all. Spa similarity to sra. In general, a very bad impression of this hotel. Alexey Golovchenko remained the most

We stayed in this sanatorium for 8 nights. I liked a lot. Excellent location, procedures, varied meals 3 times a day, good cleaning. Responsive staff. Entertainment is provided in the evening, including film screenings. During dinner there is live music in the dining room. You can book excursions at the hotel itself. There are even Russian channels. One of the disadvantages is the inability to replace the procedures included in the package with others, even of equal price. Some procedures had to be purchased in addition. Small swimming pool, paid sauna (the relaxation package includes 1 free visit to the sauna per week). We lived in the 3rd building. We liked.

We visited this hotel with the whole family, we were told that many Georgians really love to be here... for me it’s a complete disappointment... the only plus is a tiny playground on the street for children. This hotel provides sleep services, but you can only use them if you take an accelerated PCR test at their clinic (at the hotel), and vaccinations are not suitable for them. The rooms are old and shabby. For the first time I come across a hotel where there are no bags of tea and coffee in the room, only boiling water 😂😂😂 Breakfast is a different story, just sad, coffee from a huge vat, as it used to be in canteens, you can’t choose anything for breakfast (so one trip was enough for us, a second breakfast we just missed it)…for lunch you can only go to this dining room again, you can order food from the bar only after 18, and their menu is 5-7 dishes, where we (people on a plant-based diet) have nothing to choose from. There is a tiny pool on site, but now is not the time for it. I have no more desire to return to this hotel) I don’t know what 4 stars we are talking about, here it’s a stretch to say 3 stars.
