You will Not have Any Privacy as you stay!! Terrible management First of all room is very dirty and stinky, maintenance was very poorly done. Not sure if Heater was on all day room was boiling hot I tried to turn on air conditioner it didn't work when complain forwarded to front desk answer was 'have balcony door open and can't have air conditioner on cause it's 15 degrees outside by regulations' I am not from here so I don't know what regulations it means and there was no explanation. However having my balcony door open as I sleep is so not secure and I wonder where my privacy is. I will tell everyone I know never make trip down to this place

Nice location, in a quiet neoghboorhood, close to the river. 2 stations from the center. Very kind staf in a hotel, great food, clean comfortable rooms, and toilets, I think all balcons have a river view. A reszaurant works until 8 PM. Nice looking garden.

El peor trato al cliente que he visto. El personal es muy desagradable, le cuesta hasta dar los buenos días. Estuvimos sin agua caliente el primer día y medio, no le dimos importancia porque puede surgir un inconveniente puntual en cualquier momento, el problema vino cuando nos indican que no habrá agua en los próximos 4 días y que lo sienten mucho pero es lo que hay. Tras varias reclamaciones al hotel y a la empresa con la que lo contratamos se soluciona milagrosamente y por fin podemos ducharnos. Respecto a la limpieza de la habitación no hubo forma que la limpiasen, ni baño, no hacer la cama, ni reponer papel higiénico... en los días que estuvimos allí. Un absoluto desastre y una decepción para un hotel que dice tener 4 estrellas.
