GGuest UserMy stay was for a couple. We arrived in the room and there was a blanket that was basically a single blanket and 2 very low pillows that looked like they could only fit one person. I called to ask for another pillow and they told me they didn't have any more. As a result, I didn't sleep very well.
The service was very good, the hotel was well located and clean. The only thing that left something to be desired was this detail.

GGuest UserI didn't give the service 5 stars because on the day I arrived, I called the front desk several times and no one answered. I needed a blanket and there wasn't one in the closet. So I went down to get the blanket, and when I asked about it, the attendant said that it would have to be done that way because they were too busy to bring the blanket to the room. In conclusion, I was on the 21st floor and it has nothing to do with the fact that they were too busy. The hotel should hire more staff if the ones present aren't up to the job. Another thing I didn't like was the lighting in the rooms: very dimly lit.

Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun.
Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance.
Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities.
Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool!
Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious.
Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

GGuest UserHostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

The garage is very tight, and sometimes it is almost empty to put the car, and I wasn't late from shopping.
The room was reserved with 2 beds (1 couple and 1 single), only one bed was made with a dressed and one with a no, one with a dresser and another no. The room is very tight, but for the value paid in Victoria, it is good.
