Airport. Only feedback is to manage the queue at the hotel for the shuttle bus when busy as it is a free for all. People just jump the queue and it is so easy to miss the bus for your flight or connection!"

GGuest UserOn my last day in Europe, I looked forward to a long-established hotel! I capped off my trip with a perfect stop by Lake Geneva. Strolling along the shores of Lake Geneva for my final night, the lake breeze, tinged with the crisp coolness of the Alps, etched a profound understanding of why travelers place their trust in established hotels. While they may not be breathtaking in every detail, they always manage to comfort and sustain a wandering soul through the finest details. The hotel's location is a perfect balance: just a five-minute drive from the airport, with multiple free daily shuttles, it's a truly wonderful and reassuring experience.

However only 1 bottled water if provided for the whole stay. Housekeeping service is lacking as they left my clothes (which i put neatly on the bed) on the floor in a mess! Totally unprofessional!
Also, I was disappointed with the way trip.com handled my issue of receiving WhatsApp scam messages regarding my booking.

GGuest UserThe room boasts a fantastic view. Getting here is incredibly convenient – it's just a few train stops from Geneva, and the hotel is right by the train station. Compared to staying in Geneva city center, this place offers excellent value for money. Plus, the room itself was very clean and well-maintained.

Ulaşım merkez tren istasyonu çorba binden 15 nolu tramvaya ”natıonal” Binip 3.durakta indiğimizde 5 dakikada hosteldasınız. Leman gölüne ve merkeze çok yakın. Heryere yürüyerek gidiliyor.
Hıstel transport card veriyor. Onunla otobüs tramvay havaalanı trenine sınısız biliyorsunuz. Kaldığınız gün kadar geçerli.
Havaalanına giderken trende görevli gezip kontrol yaptı.

GGuest UserHotel was immaculately clean and smelt lovely, room was perfect, location was great, right in the heart of Geneva with easy access to train stations/bus stations and activity pick up points, nice chocolate shop underneath the hotel, with a McDonald’s and a wine and cheese restaurant.
Although the breakfast buffet was all cold food baring boiled eggs, however choice was great, staff very attentive.
Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone, cheap enough for Geneva and couldn’t fault it personally.

CChuanma613The rooms are very good. The train arrived in Geneva at midnight, and the taxi drove to Geneva in just over ten minutes. Even if you arrive late at night, the front desk staff is very welcoming. You need to pay to sit in the area on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is great!

KKamalathaI went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received.
I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
