Great
ZZuiyuchenThe front desk staff, especially the gentleman, was incredibly kind and helpful. He made storing our luggage very easy. He even came out to tell us we could wait inside for our Uber because it was cold outside at night. Plus, he spoke a little Mandarin, which was very friendly. The hotel service was excellent, the room was spacious, and the location was convenient, with a shuttle bus available. If I go back to Geneva, I would definitely book here again; it was a fantastic experience.
GGuest UserThey let us check in at 2 PM, which we really appreciated! The room was quite spacious with two bathrooms, which was perfect for a family of three. After arriving at the airport, head to Gate 3 on the arrivals level, go outside and cross to the outermost road. Look for the 'hotel shuttle' sign – Nash's name will be on it. All three Nash hotels share the same shuttle service.
GGuest UserService was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic. Her constant supervision over my shoulder was unnecessary and unpleasant. You must pick up and return the serving spoon and fork to the exact same spot; otherwise, she will come over to watch you and place them back herself. Furthermore, the front desk staff lacked warmth and friendliness, their attitude falling disappointingly short of the hospitality one expects from such a highly-rated hotel.
GGuest UserAverage Swiss fare, I could not really judge service as I only stayed one night. In that area and segment, hotels fall flat by offering sub-standard service. so OK for one-night stay for sure.
TtheminimeThe location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station.
Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it!
Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes.
Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me.
All in all, I had a really pleasant stay.
Thank you N’vy!
GGuest UserThe room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean, the overall environment was pleasant, and the service was excellent! The hotel reception is conveniently located above a COOP supermarket. Guests can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the lobby on the 0th floor, which is extremely convenient. The only minor drawback was that the room felt a bit small. While two 28-inch suitcases on the floor would certainly obstruct movement, we found that placing them on the bay window freed up a lot of space and made the room much more comfortable.
MMuniz PedroAs a business hotel with the bare minimum, bed and shower, and convenience of being close to the airport, it's ok. The breakfast buffet at CHF32 was very good. Geneva is an expensive city per se. This week, I think there were fairs/events in the city crowding the hotels and bringing the prices up. Things to complain about: the shower doesn't have a door, so the bathroom gets all wet. There are no amenities like courtesy slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (Yeah, save the planet...) And the shower mixer gives you 3 choices: cold, hot, and cold-hot-cold-hot... So, showering is a challenge. Think of these ”chain/brand” hotels as that is what you get to make their EPS go up and please their shareholders. There is nothing to do with hospitality.
AAppleTravelSwiss hotels are relatively expensive due to limited space, but this time, because my trip was longer, I booked a slightly larger double room with a view of the Jet d'Eau. From my room, I could see the fountain and the beautiful old buildings in the surrounding square. The room had three windows, which were very bright when open. My room also had a small luggage compartment. The hotel was very clean, and there was bus number 10 nearby that goes directly to and from the airport. However, you need to bring your own basic toiletries as they are not provided. It's a short walk from the city center, but not too far. There's a Burger King nearby, but for something better, you need to go to the train station where there's a Chinese restaurant; the food is decent. The hotel floors are wooden, which felt cleaner than carpet. Considering the high cost of living in Switzerland, this hotel is quite good value and worth recommending.
LLimmylimlimAlthough I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)
