After a satisfying meal, we sat by the pool, listening to the rain and watching the mountains, deciding to climb the ridge the next day. Light rain, mist, deep forests, a sea of ​​clouds, pheasants, pine cones—though we didn't see takins or golden monkeys, judging from the animal trails and droppings, we must have just missed a takin herd. Unfortunately, a landslide blocked the path not far from the trailhead, preventing us from climbing the ridge. However, we gained valuable experience from the trip, and before leaving, we made a promise with the manager to return another day. On the return journey, we took the highway to Tongchewan. The scenery along the way was also excellent. We passed several stilt bridges, chose one to walk across, and unexpectedly encountered a bamboo forest. The depths of the Qinling Mountains truly offer surprises at every turn. Sitting at home now, savoring the mountain honey gifted by my housekeeper, I reminisce about the journey and the delicious food, and feel grateful for the people I met along the way and the beautiful scenery created by nature. ”Altitude 1499”, we will definitely meet again soon.

The hotel has its own parking lot, but it is across the road not far away. The security guard is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to lead the way. The room was clean and tidy, and the waiters were very friendly. They were from the same hotel as the one next door and were very welcoming. The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect is not very good, you can hear children running and jumping in the corridor and adults talking.

I was very happy with the room type; the front desk upgraded me to a suite. I think anyone visiting Xunyang for the first time and unsure where to stay should definitely choose this place. It was incredibly comfortable, especially being a river-view room!!! Plus, it's great value for money – you definitely won't regret it. The breakfast even included Xunyang's special pickled vegetable noodle soup, which was delicious! Thumbs up 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for business. The biggest flaw: The building I booked didn't have central air conditioning! It was incredibly hot in the summer, so we paid the difference to move to a different building. Pros: The hotel is located in the Youran Mountain Scenic Area. It was very quiet on Sundays and almost completely empty on Mondays. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, the bedding was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the shuttle was always available. The pizza and pasta were delicious, and the breakfast was also good. It was very quiet and perfect for a relaxing retreat. Cons: The children found the outdoor playground a bit boring. The outdoor playground was overgrown with weeds and looked poorly maintained. The petting zoo, which had sika deer and chickens, ducks, and geese, was a bit smelly. The indoor playground required a shuttle at the main entrance, which was inconvenient.

Arrived at 1am and left after staying for only one night. The bathroom has no window, and there is a smell of sewage when the door is opened. The light is sensor-activated, which is a bit unacceptable. This hotel should have opened not long ago, but the overall maintenance and hygiene are average. It is invested by a local enterprise, and the hotel management needs to be improved. However, some food and fruits are prepared in the room, which can resolve many dissatisfactions. I sincerely hope that local enterprises investing in hotels will not only use their names but also work hard to improve the quality of details.
