GGuest UserThe service of the lady at the front desk was very good and I was very satisfied. If I ordered takeout, it would be delivered quickly. She would greet me when she met me on the road. She was very polite. When I checked out, she told me not to catch a cold because it was hot outside. She gave me a bottle of mineral water, which was very heartwarming. The smell in the lobby was good. I asked and found out that it was the unique aromatherapy smell of Atour. It was very fragrant. I will choose Atour to stay next time

GGuest UserWe originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

GGuest UserThe hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

XXiaoxiaoyeziyThis hotel is very close to Fantawild, making it our top choice when visiting the park. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with options like oatmeal and rice cake soup, and it all tastes great! The lobby is spacious and offers a delicious afternoon tea. Our room was quite clean, and this time we were on the 20th floor, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. There's a wide variety of takeout available, with all sorts of cuisines, including tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and small seafood dishes. 'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time.

KKarla de MagalhãesThe hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet.
The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

This time I stayed at Cixi Huixu International Hotel, the overall experience was very good, and the overall price was very high.
Advantages:
1. The design of the guest rooms is particularly colorful, the decoration style is simple and atmospheric, the layout is reasonable, the living is comfortable and textured, and the view of the stay is particularly good.
2. The hotel staff's service attitude is super intimate, especially the floor housekeeping girl Zhang, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, the whole experience is very good, breakfast is four diamonds is not bad
3. The staff of the housekeeping department responded promptly and carefully, cleaning and housekeeping were done in place, and the service was particularly professional.
Inadequate recommendations:
The only small drawback is that the sound insulation of the room is average. Occasionally, you can hear the movement in the corridor and next door, which is easy to be disturbed. I hope that the hotel can optimize the sound insulation facilities and improve the sense of quietness.
Overall, the sound insulation problem is ignored, whether it is room design or staff service is worth recommending, next time you come to Cixi, you will choose to stay.

GGuest UserI can't remember how many times I've been here, because I like it very much. The service is very attentive and friendly. This time I upgraded to an executive smart room. Xiaodu is very dedicated, haha. What I like most is the hotel's breakfast, which is very rich. Chinese stomachs love it. There are basically all kinds of noodles, rice cakes, porridge, tofu pudding, and rice cakes. Western food also has various breads, cheeses, salads, and stir-fried dishes. The taste is also very good. Just for this breakfast, I have to stay here next time, haha

Sanitation: Each room has its own sanitary facilities, clean and tidy
Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
