3-Star Hotels in Cixi

We originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member made us feel welcome and valued. The room was clean, elegant, and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The hotel is easy to find and has parking right outside, making it great for business trips and offering good value for money for travelers. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely be back. Special shout-out to Leo at the front desk!

The front desk service was very friendly, and there was tea while waiting for check-in, which tasted pretty good. It's very convenient to eat around, and the hotel has its own parking lot. Easy to get in and out. The room is simple and comfortable, very clean, and the location of the room is very quiet, which is very suitable. There is also Heming Ancient Town nearby that you can visit. Hot water was provided when you left the hotel. It is a very cozy hotel. Will come next time.

This hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.

It's so happy to be able to book such a cost-effective hotel in such a good place. The hotel building is quite stylish, at first glance it is an old serious hotel with its own parking lot. The room was also very clean. 700 meters walk nearby is Shanglinfang Pedestrian Street. There is a super lively night market at night, many snacks, and you can also go to the shopping mall. It is recommended to come to Cixi to play here.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes. Wi-Fi is stable and fast, and the business center is well-equipped. Overall, it offers above-average value for money and is recommended for business travelers or short-haul tourists.

The price/performance ratio is quite high for this price, but the service is average. I wanted to renew my room, so I asked the front desk. The front desk said there were a lot of people making reservations, so they called me at 12 o'clock. So, do you think I should bring my pile of luggage with me or not? Let her check in the background to see if there is any extra. Yeah, I was surprised when they said they couldn't watch it backstage. Why couldn't they watch it? I didn't force it if it couldn't be continued. I just felt that this attitude was really annoying.

I was woken up in the middle of the night by a noise similar to that of a washing machine. The noise was so loud that I couldn't fall asleep. I was very sleepy but couldn't fall asleep. I don't know if you have ever experienced that feeling, it's really painful. I couldn't sleep all night just listening to this sound and the sound of the elevator door opening and closing. I asked the staff for feedback in the morning and they said it could be the sound of mahjong playing in the chess and card room next door, or the sound of laundry upstairs, or the sound of the wind. This room is really full of buffs. The sounds of elevator, mahjong and laundry are all pleasing to the ears. Their solution was to upgrade the room next time I come. Well, there won't be a next time. I'm so scared.
