'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time."

"The room was okay. We stayed for five days in total. The cleaning lady wasn't very good. I don't know if it was a communication breakdown with the front desk or what, but one day when we extended our stay, she swiped her card to open our room door while we were sleeping. Putting that aside, it was alright. But today we discovered our ID cards were missing. It's possible the cleaning lady took them with her. The first receptionist said that's unlikely, as the cleaning ladies always check carefully. The second receptionist said they asked the cleaning lady, and she said she hadn't seen them. Even if she did take them, we are responsible for not keeping them safe."

The menu was diverse and nutritionally balanced, ensuring my daughter was full of energy for her exam. During our stay, the room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing my daughter to study and rest peacefully every day. They immediately came to the room to disinfect my child's wound, and subsequently accompanied us to the hospital for X-rays to assess the injury. The compensation and resolution provided the next day were both satisfactory. I was initially worried that with such an unexpected situation, especially in a new hotel, things might get complicated. However, the hotel did not shirk responsibility throughout the process, and on the second day, they removed all similar large mineral ornaments from every room to eliminate future risks. I believe their handling was very timely, and for that, I would still recommend the hotel to friends. Furthermore, I really enjoyed the breakfast format: a set menu combined with a buffet. I've stayed in many five-star hotels in China, and while the variety might not be the most extensive, the refinement and freshness of the ingredients are truly unmatched. And at its current opening price, it offers exceptional value for money and absolutely delicious food."
