The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and they thoughtfully reminded us that our room's orientation was quiet, perfect for my daughter's exam preparation. During our free time, we chatted with Manager Wang in the lobby. She not only patiently recommended convenient transportation routes but also enthusiastically shared interesting local stories about Hangzhou Bay New Area. It felt like chatting with an old friend, making us feel exceptionally warm and welcome. The hotel's facilities were also a pleasant surprise. The convenience store had snacks and daily necessities readily available, so we didn't have to worry about getting hungry while studying late at night. The self-service bar offered a wide variety of drinks, perfect for a relaxing break. The laundry room was clean and tidy, solving our laundry woes during our extended stay. The gym was fully equipped, a great place to relax after the exam. And the hotel's breakfast restaurant deserves special mention! The menu was diverse and nutritionally balanced, ensuring my daughter was full of energy for her exam. During our stay, the room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing my daughter to study and rest peacefully every day. Whether it was the routine inquiries at the front desk or the on-call service in the rooms, the staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for exams or family trips. Next time I'm in Hangzhou Bay New Area, I will definitely choose this hotel again!"

"This hotel is very close to Fantawild, making it our top choice when visiting the park. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with options like oatmeal and rice cake soup, and it all tastes great! The lobby is spacious and offers a delicious afternoon tea. Our room was quite clean, and this time we were on the 20th floor, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. There's a wide variety of takeout available, with all sorts of cuisines, including tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and small seafood dishes. 'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time."

"Giving it a five-star rating out of habit, but I do have a few complaints: The shower only has shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. They only provide two bottles of cheap Ice Dew mineral water, and you have to call room service for more, whereas before they used to provide four or six. The outlets are definitely old; charging plugs easily fall out. If you don't specifically ask the front desk, they only give you one key card and don't proactively offer an extra for charging. The price of Tower A remains stubbornly high, and the occupancy rate isn't what it used to be, judging by the emptier parking lot. With more and more new hotels popping up nearby, there are now more choices. If they don't make some changes, it's going to be tough for them. Also, the toilet flush is weak, and there's no place to put your phone."

The hotel is next to the outlets, although there are not many brands, suitable for hanging out after dinner. Disadvantages: 1. There is a big difference between the introduction and the actual stay. We booked a color-changing loft room. According to the room type picture, the first and second floors have windows. But after the actual stay, the second-story double bed room has no windows. The overall is more depressed, just relying on air conditioning. I consulted the front desk and replied that the second floor of this room type is windowless. It is recommended that the hotel make a good sign here in the room type introduction. 2. The bathroom and shower room in the loft room are located on the mezzanine floor, facing the door, and are also shared with the space on the first and second floors. It is very inconvenient to take a bath and undress."

"This hotel is a real gem! The price is great, and both the service and room quality are excellent. It has a minimalist style, a bit like a Fairfield by Marriott. The rooms are very spacious, and with the large, high-floor windows, you get a fantastic panoramic view of Cixi's financial district. This is a huge improvement over the Atour across the street, which has lower floors and smaller windows. The hotel is right next to Aegean Shopping Park, Cixi's busiest mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. After a meal, you can also take a pleasant stroll around Mingyue Lake Park. When we checked in, we even saw the national football team staying there – a whole group of tall, foreign players, very eye-catching!"
