4-Star Hotels in Cixi

The room was very spacious with modern amenities like an air purifier, water dispenser, electric curtains, and a smart toilet. My family especially loved the Japanese-style tatami mats. Downstairs, there's a good selection of restaurants and entertainment, and you can access them freely with your room card. The front desk service was excellent. The parking lot was quite busy during the day but became very empty after 7 PM. Breakfast was complimentary and had a good variety. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Had a really good stay at here. Service was great, especially want to mention a tall male staff who helped me check in on the morning of 12 April 26. He assisted me for last visited as well, and both times the process was smooth and fast. He was friendly, patient, and professional. Also want to give a collective shoutout to all the staff and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate the overall service. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite convenient with food options nearby. Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely come back again.

The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast for my child when we checked in. The breakfast was really good, and overall, the hotel offers great value for money.

The budget hotel is relatively new and the rooms are not big, but there is a strong sewage smell. Because all the disposable items have been used, we did not change rooms. The waiter asked us to ventilate the room, but the smell came from the bathroom sewer. Can't be dispersed. Afternoon tea and late-night snacks are not as rich as advertised. Afternoon tea is just self-service coffee and milk tea, while late-night snacks are porridge and instant noodles. There are not many things for breakfast, which is far inferior to that of a big hotel. The price of 388 yuan/night is disappointing and not worth it.

The hotel is pretty good; the environment and facilities are convenient, and it even offers breakfast. Plus, there's late-night supper like fried noodles, congee, and snacks, which is a nice touch. I definitely recommend it!

I chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

We stayed during the May Day holiday. The price/performance ratio was good. Although it was not newly renovated, the hygiene was well maintained. The layout was warm, the bathroom was super large, and there was a cloakroom. The family room was very friendly for parent-child travel. The children's slippers, toiletries, small stools, toilet seats, and small gifts, dolls, small toys, and small tents were all available. They even prepared disposable bathtub bags. The children were very happy. The location is good, parking is free, there are many restaurants within walking distance, the breakfast is affordable, the check-in and check-out at the front desk are very fast, and the ladies are very enthusiastic!

The decoration of the hotel is very tasteful and the small furnishings are very pleasant. Not far from the hotel is ”Wuyue Plaza”. The room is spacious and the TV is large. Breakfast is also quite rich, with freshly cooked noodles and roasted sweet potatoes. There are several charging parking spaces in the hotel's underground parking lot. Very good hotel stay experience.

We stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Next to the hotel is a forest park with nice scenery, suitable for evening walks or morning jogging, and convenient transportation. There are also fruit, vegetable and seafood wholesale markets around, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel front desk Xiaojing and Xiaoyu provide attentive service, clean and sanitary, rich and diverse breakfast, the best choice for business trips.
