On our road trip to Qingdao, we passed through Dongying and decided to stay overnight. We had originally booked a twin room, but upon arrival, seeing we had a child with us, they upgraded us to a king room. (A staff member had even called the day before to confirm our needs.) We visited the Yellow River Estuary scenic area. However, you need to take a boat to see the actual confluence of the river and sea, and we were worried our child wouldn't sit still, so we ultimately decided not to take the boat trip. The hotel was much better than I expected, and most importantly, the service staff were all exceptionally good! The lady at the front desk on the evening of our check-in (the 14th) and the lady who ran out to give us a bag of fruit when we checked out the next day – their service was truly exceptional! Unfortunately, I didn't have my glasses on, so I couldn't see their names clearly!

I chose this hotel for a rest stop on my way back to Beijing. We arrived at night, and the road there was difficult to navigate, with many large industrial trucks using their high beams when driving in opposite directions – it was blinding! The surrounding area wasn't particularly bustling either; even after 2 minutes according to the navigation, the road was still like that, and I almost thought I was in the wrong place. Then, after turning right, everything brightened up – it felt like a secluded paradise. The hotel lobby was spacious, bright, and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions enthusiastically. The rooms were large and comfortable, and everything was so clean and tidy. It was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

Very good hotel that I stayed at for the first time. Free minibar. Free laundry. Staff was happy to change my room when I complained about the smell of smoking in my room after checking in. Hotel guests may still smoke on non-smoking floors.

The bedding was soft and clean, ensuring a sound sleep; the soundproofing was also excellent, completely blocking out outside noise. ✅ Attentive and Thoughtful Service: The receptionist was very friendly and proactively upgraded me to a higher floor room, also recommending nearby restaurants. When I forgot my charging cable at check-out, the hotel contacted me and mailed it back – so thoughtful! ✅ Excellent Value: The quality of the accommodation at this price is a pleasant surprise! The included breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the local snacks are delicious.

I happened to be on a business trip to Hekou District of Dongying City and stayed at the Blue Diamond Hotel. It felt good, with free parking and especially great breakfast!

Dongying Blue Ocean International Hotel is a local five-star hotel. The garden-style building environment is very good, very quiet and beautiful. The front desk service attitude is very good, the room is clean, the breakfast variety is rich and varied, the roasted sweet potato is very sweet and delicious, and the surrounding public transportation is also very convenient. The weather was not very hot during the May Day holiday, but the room was hot in the west. The hotel did not turn on the air conditioner, but gave an electric fan to cool down, which also solved the problem. High cost performance!

This hotel is very good. The room is spacious and quite classy and it's also very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the girls at reception are more than helpful. Hotel's location is also convenient - there are plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast is OK. Overall, great value for money.

The door lock was broken and it was hard to lock it. It could only be locked with a chain. I don't know if it was because we booked it on the platform and it was relatively cheap, so we were assigned a corner room. The soundproofing was not very good. I thought I would just stay for one night, but at two or three in the morning, I kept hearing the door slam. It rang two or three times in a row. I thought someone was opening our door from outside, but I was really scared in the middle of the night, so I didn't dare to get up to check.
