Great value for money! I checked in at 2 AM, and the staff at the entrance were very kind and friendly. The AC in the room was adjustable and very powerful, which I appreciated. The location is excellent; there's a CoCo downstairs and many Carrefours nearby. The Carrefour next to Miniso even has those popular, often sold-out canvas bags from Xiaohongshu – what a pleasant surprise! It's also very close to city attractions; you can just take the free 001/002 bus. I got to see all the exhibitions I wanted to this trip and left feeling very satisfied.

We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to our luxurious oasis at the end of the day. In conclusion, Casa Faraona Luxury Residences exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning rooms, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and prime location, it offers an unforgettable experience. The hotel is wonderful! It's very well-maintained, super clean, smells great, and everything is incredibly organized. The gym is huge, well-equipped, has air conditioning, and new machines. There's also a laundry room with new machines, a free water dispenser in the basement, and a vending machine with a good variety of options. The basement also has restrooms and a spacious, comfortable reception area for waiting. The garage requires prior reservation and has a fee, but it's very well-located and convenient. The hotel's location is fantastic, and undoubtedly one of its major strong points. I also want to give a special shout-out to Catalina, who is incredibly polite, attentive, and very meticulous. She takes care of the hygiene and cleanliness of the suites with great care and attention to detail. Her service is truly wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. It's a very comfortable, clean, organized place with excellent facilities. We had a wonderful experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The swimming pool was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great location, very close to Goya station. Most of Madrid's main attractions are just a few stops away. We booked a family room, which was spacious and well-equipped. One day we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, so no room cleaning was done. In the evening, a staff member brought extra towels and toilet paper. The drinks and snacks in the mini-bar were complimentary. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Located in a middle-class residential area, the surroundings are quite peaceful, yet the hotel boasts excellent transportation links. The subway is just a five-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel. You can even walk to the palace or take a bus from the hotel entrance. There are several supermarkets conveniently located just a right turn from the hotel entrance. Every staff member at the hotel is incredibly warm and helpful. There was a previous review mentioning an elderly person in their seventies being asked to pay extra and then being kicked out; that's simply a Chinese elder trying to take advantage and then twisting the facts when it didn't work out. It's completely untrue and shouldn't be believed. It's truly irresponsible that Trip.com would publish such a review along with photos showing people's faces.

Everything is perfect except the hotel location which is a little far from the nearest metro station and of course, away from the main shopping district and attractions. However, the comfort of the room more than made up for it. The shower head pressure was strong, the sheets were clean and crisp, and the a/c and heater worked fine. The housekeeping service was pretty stellar as well, and we even got a can of olive oil as a welcome gift as well as a bagel as part of the Three Kings’ celebration. If you are looking at doing your laundry, note that the nearest laundromat is abt a 7mins walk away (300m). Bring your bedroom slippers too as the hotel doesn’t provide any. Overall, we had a great stay at Hard Rock Madrid and will recommend all who are looking for a lux stay at a reasonable cost.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The only thing that for the price you pay was waiting a little more in the room (the dust had not passed in several days and I am allergic, the bed header was unspoken, there was some walls shaved, there was only one night mel and was damaged). A positive point was that there was a diffuser for the dryer, that is almost a miracle.

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

It took less than half an hour to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport. The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and a subway station, both within a 3-minute walk. While there aren't many dining options directly around the hotel, the subway provides easy access to all the major attractions and a wider variety of restaurants in the city center. The hotel breakfast is quite European, mainly consisting of various breads with no hot food options.
