Madrid Hotels with Balcony

My staying in this hotel was beautiful. Location is very good, service is excellent. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, very clean, breakfast is very good too. All foods was fresh and tasty. But only one question: why spa is available for additional charge in such level of hotel? But in general I'm satisfied and come back to this hotel with pleasure.

This hotel is really a bargain for how nice it is. I found the service to be impeccable, breakfast buffet was incredible and the location is right in front of a metro station. A bonus is the contemporary art collection which reminds you that you are in Madrid and not just any nameless, nice hotel. I love the schluter brass detailing in the bathroom and bedroom walls. These design touches add such gravitas to a stay, even when short. Bravo, I would stay here again.

This hotel is literally across the street from the Madrid Atocha train station. Very easy to find once you exit the station. Centrally located, we walked to El Retiro park in the morning. We also did the hop-on-hop-off bus tour which dropped us off close to the hotel. Hotel itself is beautiful, every staff extremely nice and helpful. Despite the central location, we found the rooms to be quiet. We bought the buffet breakfast when we booked and it is WORTH EVERY PENNY. It is at their rooftop restaurant which not only has an amazing view, the food was DELICIOUS. Beautifully presented with many many options including an omelette/egg station. Early morning was a bit chilly in early October but they had heaters on which was an added bonus. We also had drinks and some tapas at night at the same rooftop, which were delicious as well. We would definitely return here if we are ever in Madrid again. You can't go wrong.

Beautiful hotel, great food, good location Excellent service. The room are very clean with one of the most comfortable bad. The TV has a casting option which is a great benefit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They prepare a breakfast picnic box upon request.

The location is in the heart of the city and a few minutes walking distance to major stores. It is across the street from H&M and Zara, to my daughter's delight. We walked to many other places including the huge central park and Chrystal Museum. It was also a few mins ride away from many sight seeing places such as the Prado museum and the temple of Debod. But the kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff is what made our trip the most enjoyable and a success. They were all very nice, including Khalid who made us feel very welcome on arrival late at midnight, Juan and Pablo were very helpful with advice for tourist attractions, Alejandro, Ilia, Rafael, Esteban and especially Dennis who gave us an upgraded room at a very reasonable price and spoke on our behalf to Monica in helping us get a refund. I don't like heights and my room was changed to a lower floor the very next morning from my request on arrival. The rooms very spacious and clean. The restaurant and bar on the room are a plus with a 360 degree view of the city. The food is delicious and we got coupons to help with the price but forgot to use it. However, the servers made up for that with their amazing personalities. I cannot say enough how very helpful and nice the staff is. I would recommend here and would love to stay there again.

Wow! This property is absolutely everything you dream about when you think of Madrid. The inside is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect. The room, including the bathroom, is comfortable and charming. The food and drinks are delicious. What more could you ask for? Well, let me tell you. It’s fun. And why is that? The staff!! The staff is truly wonderful. Some of the best anywhere. I was an extremely weary traveler when I found my way there and walked in about 11:00p on a Tuesday night. The two at the front desk, Ramiro and Carlota, were so gracious and welcoming. Thanks so much for making me smile after a long and arduous day of travel and conducting business. I didn’t think I had enough energy to smile that evening, but you both brought out the best in me. Then, very early the next morning, I saw Ramiro again, who made sure I had a cup of coffee before the restaurant opened. Thanks, I needed that very much. And of course, Paola, one of the cheeriest people I have ever met. And she was so determined to make me fluent in Spanish. I arrived knowing one, and only one, word in Spanish. I left knowing three. You succeeded Paola!! So much fun to have met you. Curio Hotel manager, make sure to value this employee. She’s in a league of her own. One of the very, very best!! And of course Ana Lozano, my breakfast server. I said to her not to ask if I needed a refill on my coffee, but just to keep it hot and the cup full. And she did. Time and time again. So much fun to interact with that early in the morning and without a whole lot of sleep. All in all, this property is the best! Not kidding at all. Ramiro, Carlota, Paola, and Ana, the four of you make quite a team. So looking forward to returning. And when I do, I hope to see you all again. Soon!!! Job well done to all four of you. Staff was nice and allowed an early check in. Great location with the train station a five minute walk. The Prado and the plaza Mayor both very walkable. Plus, there are a number of excellent restaurants in the area. The downside is the street noise. We had a room on the 5th floor without AC which required us to have our windows open and the noise from the very busy street was deafening. And at 3 am people returning from their night out partying- laughing and yelling could be heard. I think the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. But, I would recommend a room high up with AC or in the back of the hotel.

This hotel was great. The room was huge and overlooked the airport. The pool and spa were a great time to relax for a couple of hours. The meals my girlfriend and I had were also really good. Would definitely recommend.

JW Marriott has never been disappointed. The decoration style is very in line with my preferences. The small balcony in the room is a plus. The location is also in the city center. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I will stay here next time.

It's very close to the stadium, just a few hundred meters walk. Traveling is very convenient, a taxi to the shopping mall costs less than 10 euros. There is also a fixed price of 30 euros from the airport. The breakfast is super rich and the room is super big, because the football game will be noisy, which shows how close it is. I will choose this store next time. I am very surprised and the price is not expensive.
