TTuntunyaThe service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

Efficiency [Strong]: 3-minute lightning-fast check-in. The room's desk and tea table are combined, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensures no lag during video conferences. Electronic invoices are sent to my email instantly upon check-out!
Poetic Charm: I initially thought the 'Yangming school of mind' theme was just a gimmick, but I was completely won over after staying. Smart voice control for curtains and lighting, laminated glass effectively blocks out street noise, and I was awakened by the morning mist over the Long River instead of traffic sounds.
Service Beyond Expectation: Arriving late at night, the butler was already waiting at the entrance and helped carry my luggage to the room. A freshly brewed pour-over coffee was delivered promptly in the morning. This 'present but not intrusive' sense of service balance is just superb!
Fuzhou (Fuqing) Trip.com needs more hotels like this!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the 10th to 14th floors of a building; the room is spacious and the bathroom is large, but the bathroom door is higher and the color is the same P3; my family and I almost fell down at first. The design is very unreasonable and inhumane. Later, I walked here several times to deepen my memory. There are many varieties of breakfast, but there is no milk. The soy milk is thin and cold. But the price is already very good

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast selection was rich. The hallway fragrance was very pleasant. The room layout was well-designed, the toiletries were high-quality, and the service was thoughtful.

GGuest UserThis was my first time in Fuqing, and staying at this hotel for a night was very convenient. Fuqing isn't a large city, so getting around is a breeze. There are plenty of delicious food options right downstairs and on the street next door. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Fuqing.

Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy, the first floor is not dyed, and it is very comfortable to go in.
Environment: The entire lobby is spacious and bright, equipped with chrysanthemum tea.
Service: Good service attitude, everything you need can be matched immediately, very good
Seawater Hot Spring: Seawater Hot Spring is very comfortable, children play a lot, the water temperature is also very comfortable, there are more than a dozen pools to choose from!

GGuest UserOur stay at this hotel was truly a delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and quick. The room was clean and tidy, with elegant decor and comfortable bedding. The facilities were excellent; the air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly. The hotel's location is superb, offering convenient access to public transportation, being very close to the subway station and shopping areas, which made getting around incredibly easy.

I asked housekeeping to send some water to the room, and they charged 2 yuan per bottle. I'm not sure if that's reasonable. The payment was made directly to the staff via QR code, and it couldn't be added to the room bill, which I personally found unreasonable.
Breakfast had very limited options, probably because there weren't many guests, but I could grudgingly accept it.
