"This hotel is great. The parking lot is huge, so parking is very convenient. Concierges at the entrance always greet you and help with luggage. Check-in at the front desk was very quick and the service was excellent. Our butler, Kelly, thoughtfully asked if we preferred a room facing the street with a nice view or a quieter one facing the residential area. She was very considerate. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"Excellent breakfast and service.
Big downside was that there were people smoking in the 'no smoking' toilets on the ground floor. Worst still the lift had a cigarette smell and we spotted people smoking in a supposedly 'no smoking' room on the 8th floor! We notified the front desk about the smoking in the room and contrary to their statement on their website of a non smoking policy hotel we were advised that some rooms allowed for smokers albeit being on the same floor as or 'non smoking' room and our understanding of a 'non smoking' floor as well.."

"The room should be a residential apartment building for the elderly who live here. It is also suitable for short-term stays. There are many sports and leisure equipment downstairs. The bad point is that the sound insulation is too poor. There is no sealing strip on the door gap. The door gap is very large. You can hear the outside noise very clearly. You can also hear the sound of the hair dryer next door. Other things are okay. The cost performance is also okay. The hygiene is also satisfactory. It takes a long time to take a taxi, so it doesn’t matter if you drive yourself."

"It was tough to find a last-minute room during Chinese New Year, so I booked this place the night before and was pleasantly surprised. There's even a snack street nearby! However, I had specifically requested not to have a corner room when booking, and they confirmed it wouldn't be an issue. But when I checked in the next day, it was late, and upon getting to the room, I found it was a corner one. I went back to the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available, only that last corner room. I was a bit speechless, especially since I had noted it beforehand. If they couldn't accommodate the request, they should have told me when I booked. Having to drag my luggage back and forth to switch rooms was really annoying and a hassle."

"This hotel is a gem, everyone who stays here raves about it! If you're driving, parking is super convenient – no need to hunt for a spot. The parking lot itself is clean, tidy, and well-lit, which is reassuring. The room's cleanliness was absolutely amazing; I could walk barefoot on the floor without a second thought. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and free of any musty smells. The smart toilet was a huge plus, really adding to the comfort! TTuntunyaThe service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

Efficiency [Strong]: 3-minute lightning-fast check-in. The room's desk and tea table are combined, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensures no lag during video conferences. Electronic invoices are sent to my email instantly upon check-out!
Poetic Charm: I initially thought the 'Yangming school of mind' theme was just a gimmick, but I was completely won over after staying. Smart voice control for curtains and lighting, laminated glass effectively blocks out street noise, and I was awakened by the morning mist over the Long River instead of traffic sounds.
Service Beyond Expectation: Arriving late at night, the butler was already waiting at the entrance and helped carry my luggage to the room. A freshly brewed pour-over coffee was delivered promptly in the morning. This 'present but not intrusive' sense of service balance is just superb!
Fuzhou (Fuqing) Trip.com needs more hotels like this!

The design is very unreasonable and inhumane. Later, I walked here several times to deepen my memory. There are many varieties of breakfast, but there is no milk. The soy milk is thin and cold. But the price is already very good

I asked housekeeping to send some water to the room, and they charged 2 yuan per bottle. I'm not sure if that's reasonable. The payment was made directly to the staff via QR code, and it couldn't be added to the room bill, which I personally found unreasonable.
Breakfast had very limited options, probably because there weren't many guests, but I could grudgingly accept it.
