"Fuqing is a beautiful place with outstanding people, and choosing Rongqiao Hotel for accommodation is the wisest decision. Although it's rated as a four-star hotel, both its interior and exterior environments are definitely five-star standard. It feels fantastic to be nestled among Fuqing's scenic mountains and waters. The breakfast spread is especially rich, with a wide variety of local specialties. There's also a stunning little garden landscape. The swimming pool is very clean, and the front desk manager is incredibly polite. Due to the large number of guests checking in that day, I couldn't get a higher-floor room. After discussing with Ctrip, they agreed to waive the breakfast fee, and Ctrip's service is truly reliable and trustworthy 👍👍 Will definitely come again!"

"I stayed for 2 nights, and the front desk upgraded me to an executive room. I was busy for the first two days and didn't visit the executive lounge. On the third evening, I felt lazy and wanted to have a light meal at the executive lounge. I checked beforehand, and a male staff member confirmed we could dine there. When we went at 5:30 PM, the male staff member wasn't there. A young female staff member, who seemed unprofessional, said we weren't on her list and refused us entry, blocking us from dining. I repeatedly emphasized that I was in an executive room and had confirmed it earlier, but she still insisted we couldn't dine. We were left standing there, feeling very awkward. It wasn't until the male staff member arrived and showed her where to check our privileges that we were finally allowed in. The female staff member made a mistake but didn't apologize once throughout the entire incident. It wasn't even a luxurious meal, just a simple one (chicken and stir-fried cabbage) with one meat and one vegetable, but it put my friend and me in such an embarrassing situation. It was infuriating! I hope the hotel strengthens its staff training. I usually give 5 stars for service, but this time it's 3 stars purely because of my dissatisfaction with this young female staff member. The front desk, housekeeping, and other staff members were all very good and satisfactory."

The hotel rooms were elegantly decorated, the environment was clean and tranquil, and the location was superb with excellent transportation access, making shopping and getting around very convenient. The rooms were fully smart-equipped, with voice control for lights, curtains, and air conditioning, giving them a high-tech feel. The biggest surprise was the 24-hour free parking, making it perfect for those driving. The mattresses in the guest rooms were soft and impeccably clean, ensuring a very comfortable rest. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and have already recommended it to my friends!"

"It was tough to find a last-minute room during Chinese New Year, so I booked this place the night before and was pleasantly surprised. There's even a snack street nearby! However, I had specifically requested not to have a corner room when booking, and they confirmed it wouldn't be an issue. But when I checked in the next day, it was late, and upon getting to the room, I found it was a corner one. I went back to the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available, only that last corner room. I was a bit speechless, especially since I had noted it beforehand. If they couldn't accommodate the request, they should have told me when I booked. Having to drag my luggage back and forth to switch rooms was really annoying and a hassle."

The soy milk was watery and had a beany smell, and everything else, except the boiled egg, was just carbohydrates (which was a shame to throw away). There was no option to exclude breakfast from my order. There was also a 300 yuan deposit required upon arrival (which wasn't mentioned on the order). This was the first time I've been asked this on a Ctrip booking. 😄😁 Actually, I feel like the welcome fruit not being delivered to the room is fine, but adding it to the standard breakfast would have been perfect. Everything is new at this newly opened establishment. I wish you continued success!"
