"Stayed here with a friend and the service was excellent, the room was great too. Breakfast was a buffet. Sometimes a robot delivered room service, other times it was a concierge, which was really smart yet still felt personal. We ate so much for dinner that we decided to take a walk. Wanda Plaza is right next door, so it was bustling, and the night market smelled amazing! Kelly recommended we check out the outdoor Moon Pool at the lobby bar – it was super Instagrammable! Thanks for the great tip, Kelly."

"Excellent breakfast and service.
Big downside was that there were people smoking in the 'no smoking' toilets on the ground floor. Worst still the lift had a cigarette smell and we spotted people smoking in a supposedly 'no smoking' room on the 8th floor! We notified the front desk about the smoking in the room and contrary to their statement on their website of a non smoking policy hotel we were advised that some rooms allowed for smokers albeit being on the same floor as or 'non smoking' room and our understanding of a 'non smoking' floor as well.."

"It was tough to find a last-minute room during Chinese New Year, so I booked this place the night before and was pleasantly surprised. There's even a snack street nearby! However, I had specifically requested not to have a corner room when booking, and they confirmed it wouldn't be an issue. But when I checked in the next day, it was late, and upon getting to the room, I found it was a corner one. I went back to the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available, only that last corner room. I was a bit speechless, especially since I had noted it beforehand. If they couldn't accommodate the request, they should have told me when I booked. Having to drag my luggage back and forth to switch rooms was really annoying and a hassle."

The parking lot itself is clean, tidy, and well-lit, which is reassuring. The room's cleanliness was absolutely amazing; I could walk barefoot on the floor without a second thought. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and free of any musty smells. The smart toilet was a huge plus, really adding to the comfort! The staff were also incredibly friendly and responsive to every request. I felt completely at ease during my stay!"

He was very close to the Jiuxian Palace on Shizhu Mountain. Jiuxian Gong is a very prosperous temple in the local area. TTuntunyaThe service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

Efficiency [Strong]: 3-minute lightning-fast check-in. The room's desk and tea table are combined, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensures no lag during video conferences. Electronic invoices are sent to my email instantly upon check-out!
Poetic Charm: I initially thought the 'Yangming school of mind' theme was just a gimmick, but I was completely won over after staying. Smart voice control for curtains and lighting, laminated glass effectively blocks out street noise, and I was awakened by the morning mist over the Long River instead of traffic sounds.
Service Beyond Expectation: Arriving late at night, the butler was already waiting at the entrance and helped carry my luggage to the room. A freshly brewed pour-over coffee was delivered promptly in the morning. This 'present but not intrusive' sense of service balance is just superb!
Fuzhou (Fuqing) Trip.com needs more hotels like this!

GGuest UserAbsolutely a 5 out of 5 in terms of service, room is super clean. Shower and toilet are spacious. Hotel was quiet with robot delivering food deliveries to the room.
Only downside was the air conditioning was not working, it seems like it was turned off for cleaning for the 7 days of my stay. At 27 degrees C, it was unbearablly hot. When issue was raised to the front desk, they immediately provided a fan for the room.
Breakfast was reasonable, buffet was filling, but options somewhat limited. Good tasting.
