The service quality is better than some five-star hotels. The lobby also offers complimentary coffee, cookies, and juice, which is a lovely touch. On the sixth floor, there's a laundry room and a gym. The room was sparkling clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and it was quiet, ensuring excellent rest quality.

I've stayed at the Jieyang Marriott both times I've flown from Shanghai to Jieyang. Facilities: The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new. Cleanliness: It's clean and hygienic. Environment: The room faces the Rongjiang River, offering a nice view. Service: As soon as I got out of the car, staff helped me with my luggage. When I called the front desk at night for a razor, they responded immediately. Every time I come to Chaoshan, I'll consider staying at the Marriott.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the Confucius Temple and the ancient city. The food festivals on both sides are open late, so you'll never go hungry. I came to Chaoshan with my friends. I wanted to stay in Puning for two days to eat and go shopping. I asked to help arrange a clean room with a larger space. The front desk said that we could upgrade for free. The service was good and we took the initiative to upgrade. The floor is higher and you can see some night scenes at night. I heard that the night life here is rich. It is really lively to go shopping at night. Hahaha. It is recommended to go to the food stalls and snack streets. Fresh and delicious. The room was spacious, and we got an upgrade. The wooden floors were beautifully polished. Breakfast starting at 6:30 AM was a great bonus; you could even grab a packed breakfast if you were in a hurry. The newly upgraded washer-dryer combo with a drying function worked well, but it's a shame you still have to buy your own laundry detergent – that really needs an upgrade.
