The check-in experience exceeded expectations, the hotel environment is clean and elegant, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is well lit, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the supporting facilities are complete, the price is full, and a healing stay experience. The overall decoration is simple and atmospheric, the details are attentive, the room is clean and transparent, the service is gentle and decent, and there is no excessive interruption but it is on call. Quiet in the middle of noisy, great rest and relaxation, it is worth a special trip.

The hotel's facilities are complete. The rooms are comfortable, warm, bright and spacious. The young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. We upgraded the room. The breakfast was very rich. I also introduced us to the local food. I feel very kind. I will choose this hotel next time. I will also introduce it to my friends.

Really beautiful and new hotel. A lot of things are really nice over here. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, great breakfast and cosy modern hotel rooms. But a lot could also be better. A couple of things in the room were broken, such as one of the bedlights, and a table and chair were damaged. A real pitty for such a new hotel. The room could also be a bit cleaner. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and there were stains in one of the pillowcases, and on the chair and table. The biggest problem for us was the room temperature, 25 degrees. We assumed that every hotel in China would have aircon. But that wasn't the case, I probably should have paid more attention when I booked the room.

The place was very clean and the service was excellent. The staff at the bar were very friendly, parking was convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was also very good. I would definitely come again.

The hotel is ideal as it is walking distance to the centre of the city and to many of the major sights of the city. The room was very spacious and clean and is one of only a couple of other hotels we stayed at in China where the cleaners made the bed. The room had all the facilities one would expect, although the internet connection was a bit weak. The breakfast was entirely adequate. The staff was at all times friendly and welcoming. Given the difficulty of making travel arrangements for a non-Chinese speaker, a hotel staff member actually accompanied us to the bus station to buy a ticket to Tianshui and insisted on paying the taxi fare.

Excellent hotel, clean and everything we could need, for a very affordable price. There is a water dispenser at the reception, free to use umbrellas, a hair dryer, a water kettle, and loose tea leaves. It is also ideally located, just in front of the bus station, and very close to the old quarter.
