What surprised me most was the service at the front desk, which did not have the rusty feeling of the new store at all. Every employee was enthusiastic and made people feel like a spring breeze. In particular, I want to praise the front desk manager Ma Peng. Not only is the check-in efficiency super high, but also very intimately helps us consider the details. The front desk said they would check and get back to me, but they didn’t reply at noon the next day. Me, I asked the front desk again the next day, and the front desk still said she would check and get back to me, but the result was no news again. In fact, the umbrella is not valuable. If it was not left in the room, just give me a reply saying no, no news. What kind of service is this?
