"Staying at this hotel again, I was deeply impressed by the attentive and warm service. The rooms were spacious, bright, and well-equipped, and the cleanliness was impeccable. In addition to a wide variety of breakfast options, there were also nutritious late-night snacks. Every guest felt truly at home. Free parking was provided, and a complimentary shuttle service was available to take guests to explore the city and the Eight Squares and Thirteen Alleys. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, offering excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is ideal as it is walking distance to the centre of the city and to many of the major sights of the city. The room was very spacious and clean and is one of only a couple of other hotels we stayed at in China where the cleaners made the bed. The room had all the facilities one would expect, although the internet connection was a bit weak. The breakfast was entirely adequate. The staff was at all times friendly and welcoming. Given the difficulty of making travel arrangements for a non-Chinese speaker, a hotel staff member actually accompanied us to the bus station to buy a ticket to Tianshui and insisted on paying the taxi fare."

"Full score five-star recommended all-season hotel (Linxia Baiyi Times Square)! This stay experience exceeded expectations in all aspects, and this is the first choice for business trips/plays in Linxia.
The location is excellent, just in the Baiyi Square business district, shopping and shopping are particularly convenient, and it is easy to find a taxi. The front desk staff was gentle and polite, the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, and the whole process was efficient and worry-free.
The hotel as a whole is an iconic Zen style throughout the season, the tea in the lobby is refreshing and the atmosphere is very healing. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry without smell, the zero-pressure mattress and pillow comfort were full, the sound insulation effect was online, and the night was quiet and sleep well. The room is equipped with tea sets, the leisure cup of tea is particularly relaxing, the facilities are brand new and complete, and the quality of toiletries is online.
The breakfast is rich in variety, the halal food is clean and delicious, and the taste is very good; the hotel is equipped with free parking and self-service laundry room, which is too practical for long-term travel. The cleaning and service staff responded promptly and the details were intimate.

"Really beautiful and new hotel. A lot of things are really nice over here. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, great breakfast and cosy modern hotel rooms. But a lot could also be better. A couple of things in the room were broken, such as one of the bedlights, and a table and chair were damaged. A real pitty for such a new hotel. The room could also be a bit cleaner. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and there were stains in one of the pillowcases, and on the chair and table. The biggest problem for us was the room temperature, 25 degrees. We assumed that every hotel in China would have aircon. But that wasn't the case, I probably should have paid more attention when I booked the room."

"Highly recommended, I hardly write any reviews, but this trip to Linxia feels great. This hotel was at the departure point of Linma. I stayed very late the night before. The price did not rise to more than 800 like other hotels. It was very conscience. In order to cooperate with Linma breakfast time 5:30-11:00, the hotel also prepared an extra packaged meal. The check-out time is 5 pm, which is too surprising. After I got together with my old friends at noon, I could go back to the hotel and set off after a break. I felt very good. And the reception attitude is very good, there is no time to limit, but you can tell us when you check out. All the staff are very professional, everything starts from the perspective of solving problems, answering the phone is also very professional, and the polite attitude is very good. The hotel also prepared a lot, and prepared a souvenir before leaving. It was my favorite bowl, really good. This time I upgraded to a parent-child room. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay. The room is very warm and there are various facilities for children.

GGuest UserFirst, although the name of the shop is ”Bafang Shisanxiang Branch,” it's actually quite far from the main street, taking about 20 to 30 minutes on foot.
Second, there's no dedicated hotel parking at the entrance, so you have to find a spot yourself, and there's no one at the hotel to guide you there.
Third, the price of over 300 yuan is too high compared to the interior design and amenities. I felt like it wasn't worth the money.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on a short trip through Linxia on my way to Gannan. It was better than I expected. The location was convenient with its own parking lot. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk even recommended some good restaurants nearby. There was a pretty good noodle shop nearby, but unfortunately, I was in a rush and forgot to take pictures of the hotel.

MM637009****This stay was absolutely amazing! As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt the upscale atmosphere. The exquisite decor and cleanliness created a pleasant atmosphere. Today's front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They always smiled and answered questions without a trace of impatience; they were incredibly approachable.
The room was even more pleasantly surprised. It was warm and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a wonderful sleep. It was fully equipped with every amenity and impeccably clean. The bathroom was also very well maintained, and the toiletries were of excellent quality.
The breakfast was varied, with fresh ingredients, and was delicious. Parking and laundry facilities were also very convenient. The surrounding area is convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would stay here again! I highly recommend it to everyone.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was very poor. I lost an umbrella. I called the hotel front desk at noon on the day of check-out and asked them to look for it and see if it was lost in the room. The front desk said they would check and get back to me, but they didn’t reply at noon the next day. Me, I asked the front desk again the next day, and the front desk still said she would check and get back to me, but the result was no news again. In fact, the umbrella is not valuable. If it was not left in the room, just give me a reply saying no, no news. What kind of service is this?

The room rate is less than 400 and includes breakfast, which is absolutely worth it. If there is a slight shortcoming, it is that the training level and service awareness of the service staff still need to be improved. Because I only gave one door card when I checked in, my family was still in the room when I went out for a run in the morning. After running, I asked the front desk for another card (you need to swipe the card to take the elevator). When I explained the situation to one of the waiters, she didn't even raise her eyes and kept looking at the computer. Although another waiter took over the matter and quickly made a card for me, she said when she gave me the card, ”You have to return two cards when you check out.” This makes people feel bad. Do you need to explain this specifically? Isn't it common sense to return several cards given? Is it because they are worried that I will embezzle a room card of the hotel when I check out? What's the use of asking for a room card of the hotel? In addition, the doorman standing at the gate stood next to me when I was loading my luggage, and turned a blind eye throughout the whole process, without any intention of helping. In general, this hotel in Linxia is highly recommended. The few minor comments mentioned above are not nitpicking, but I hope they can do better.
