"After dinner, I walked back to the hotel. My hair got wet from the rain, and my pant legs were soaked. My thermal leggings felt damp and a bit uncomfortable on my legs. I wanted to take a warm shower, but even after letting the water run for 10 minutes, it never got hot. Luckily, I was worried about catching a cold so I didn't actually wash my hair, but my legs and feet got wet and felt even colder. It seemed like I didn't get warm at all, but rather colder. Aside from the shower not working properly, everything else was good!"

"This trip to Linxia has a full score, and it is highly recommended for tourists who are ready to visit Bafang 13 Lanes!
The location is really impeccable, very close to the eight squares and 13 lanes, you can walk directly to the scenic spot, and it is very comfortable to go back to the hotel slowly after visiting the ancient alley at night. The surrounding restaurants are dense, and local specialties can be seen everywhere. You don't have to go far for three meals and supper. It is especially convenient to eat.
Self-driving passengers focus on the parking lot, with plenty of parking spaces and worry-free parking. The room facilities are very intimate, the air conditioning is windy, the temperature is stable, the hotel is also equipped with a refrigerator, and the specialties and cold drinks you buy can be kept fresh. The hotel lobby is equipped with a rest area, with complete sofa seats, and you can sit and rest before and after check-in and waiting for your peers.

"I loved this hotel. A great location with many city sights within walking distance. Temples, Mosques, and the famous, silk road era: ”8 squares and 13 lanes” neighborhood (The name of this historic area is sometimes rendered in English as 8 squares and 13 alleys, or even 8 lanes and 13 alleys. You might want to just call it ”Bafang”)
The front desk was completely helpful with answers to all of both my logical and my dumb questions!
One very important thing to note is this: Although Trip.com lists the hotel's name as ”Olman Hotel”, that name will not get you there via Didi or anything else!
On the building itself its name is ”Ouman”, and it seems to sometimes refer to itself as ”Home Inn”. ”Ouman Hotel” worked for me with Didi.
I recommend this hotel and a sincerely recommend this interesting city!"

"This stay was absolutely amazing! As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt the upscale atmosphere. The exquisite decor and cleanliness created a pleasant atmosphere. Today's front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They always smiled and answered questions without a trace of impatience; they were incredibly approachable.
The room was even more pleasantly surprised. It was warm and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a wonderful sleep. It was fully equipped with every amenity and impeccably clean. The bathroom was also very well maintained, and the toiletries were of excellent quality.
The breakfast was varied, with fresh ingredients, and was delicious. Parking and laundry facilities were also very convenient. The surrounding area is convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would stay here again! I highly recommend it to everyone."

"A new hotel with five-star standards, a grand lobby, large rooms, clean and comfortable. The floor is high and you can enjoy the city view. The room rate is less than 400 and includes breakfast, which is absolutely worth it. If there is a slight shortcoming, it is that the training level and service awareness of the service staff still need to be improved. Because I only gave one door card when I checked in, my family was still in the room when I went out for a run in the morning. After running, I asked the front desk for another card (you need to swipe the card to take the elevator). When I explained the situation to one of the waiters, she didn't even raise her eyes and kept looking at the computer. Although another waiter took over the matter and quickly made a card for me, she said when she gave me the card, ”You have to return two cards when you check out.” This makes people feel bad. Do you need to explain this specifically? Isn't it common sense to return several cards given? Is it because they are worried that I will embezzle a room card of the hotel when I check out? What's the use of asking for a room card of the hotel? In addition, the doorman standing at the gate stood next to me when I was loading my luggage, and turned a blind eye throughout the whole process, without any intention of helping. In general, this hotel in Linxia is highly recommended. The few minor comments mentioned above are not nitpicking, but I hope they can do better."

"Really beautiful and new hotel. A lot of things are really nice over here. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, great breakfast and cosy modern hotel rooms. But a lot could also be better. A couple of things in the room were broken, such as one of the bedlights, and a table and chair were damaged. A real pitty for such a new hotel. The room could also be a bit cleaner. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and there were stains in one of the pillowcases, and on the chair and table. The biggest problem for us was the room temperature, 25 degrees. We assumed that every hotel in China would have aircon. But that wasn't the case, I probably should have paid more attention when I booked the room."

A special shout-out to the housekeeping team – I slept in until noon every day, and not once did I get a knock on the door, which, while seemingly minor, is something many hotels fail to do. Overall, the cleanliness and room size are quite good. The main drawback is that the facilities are a bit dated; there's no laundry room or delivery robot, which would be a nice addition. Also, it's worth noting that this isn't a standard Hanting Hotel; the toiletries and bathroom amenities are different from other standardized Hanting branches."

The stay experience exceeded expectations. The hotel lobby is decorated in a bright atmosphere, the public area is clean and tidy, and the atmosphere is very good.
The room configuration is very careful, with a separate mini water bar area, equipped with a microwave oven, a small refrigerator, it is particularly convenient to travel here, the room is brand new, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is comfortable, and the rest quality is very good.
The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western food, pasta, hot dishes, desserts, drinks, many choices, fresh ingredients, eating very satisfied.

Guest UserXingcheng's service is impeccable, truly excellent! Especially the front desk staff, who are warm, attentive, and proactive. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The only downside is that parking is shared with other businesses, making it difficult to park on holidays and weekends, and getting out can be a hassle due to traffic congestion, requiring you to call and wait for others to move your car. Otherwise, everything is great!

Its convenient location is a plus, with numerous shops and a beautiful park nearby. I particularly loved the room's design. I will definitely return if I visit Linxia again!

Guest UserHere are a few key points: 1. New. The renovation looks like it's been a year or two. The room had no odor, the entrance was spacious, and the air was fresh. 2. Good reception. Parking was available downstairs instantly. 3. Comfortable. The room linens were comfortable, probably 60-count cotton. The bathroom had no odor, but the shower gel needed to be changed more frequently; it could be replenished easily. Details are important, so I'll skip them. 4. High safety. The elevator smelled good. Good details. Actually, the elevator experience could be improved. More details. The elevator's 84 disinfection record and security check record were good, giving guests peace of mind. Thumbs up for the details! 5. Good service. Located in an ethnic minority area, the staff at Shiliu Yijia were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us with smiles, patiently pointed us in the direction of the 4A scenic area in Bajie Shisanxiang, and told us about nearby popular restaurants. I finally got to eat the most authentic Taizi Liangpi (cold skin noodles), which was delicious—the best weight-loss food after eating hand-pulled noodles. Overall, a good experience.
Actually, what hotels need to do well is service, attention to detail, heartwarming service, and a safe atmosphere, which are all quite good.

The environment is great, and the price is very reasonable. The Huazhu Club series hotels are reassuring in terms of environment and safety. The front desk staff are warm and friendly. ✅ Hygiene: The room is spotless, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the details are full.

Excellent hotel, clean and everything we could need, for a very affordable price.
There is a water dispenser at the reception, free to use umbrellas, a hair dryer, a water kettle, and loose tea leaves.
It is also ideally located, just in front of the bus station, and very close to the old quarter.

The deluxe standard room I stayed in on this business trip was very comfortable, the bedding was clean and tidy, the room was sunny, the windows were bright and clean, and the feeling of being at home was super good.
