"Staying at this hotel again, I was deeply impressed by the attentive and warm service. The rooms were spacious, bright, and well-equipped, and the cleanliness was impeccable. In addition to a wide variety of breakfast options, there were also nutritious late-night snacks. Every guest felt truly at home. Free parking was provided, and a complimentary shuttle service was available to take guests to explore the city and the Eight Squares and Thirteen Alleys. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, offering excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it!"

"Traveling to Gannan with friends, a night in Linxia is a must, and Wyndham Garden Hotel was our first choice! The front desk service was professional, and Vivian, who assisted us, was gentle and thoughtful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and our requests for extra items were promptly handled. Upon entering our room, we found it meticulously clean and spotless, with neat bedding and refreshing ventilation. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a wide array of options including hot porridge, pastries, fresh stir-fries, milk, and fruits. The Linxia beef noodles were freshly made and delicious! The quality far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. Our overall stay was perfect, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Linxia. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is ideal as it is walking distance to the centre of the city and to many of the major sights of the city. The room was very spacious and clean and is one of only a couple of other hotels we stayed at in China where the cleaners made the bed. The room had all the facilities one would expect, although the internet connection was a bit weak. The breakfast was entirely adequate. The staff was at all times friendly and welcoming. Given the difficulty of making travel arrangements for a non-Chinese speaker, a hotel staff member actually accompanied us to the bus station to buy a ticket to Tianshui and insisted on paying the taxi fare."

"The front desk staff were quick and friendly during check-in. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was better than I expected, making for a quiet night's rest. "Really beautiful and new hotel. A lot of things are really nice over here. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, great breakfast and cosy modern hotel rooms. But a lot could also be better. A couple of things in the room were broken, such as one of the bedlights, and a table and chair were damaged. A real pitty for such a new hotel. The room could also be a bit cleaner. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and there were stains in one of the pillowcases, and on the chair and table. The biggest problem for us was the room temperature, 25 degrees. We assumed that every hotel in China would have aircon. But that wasn't the case, I probably should have paid more attention when I booked the room."

"A new hotel with five-star standards, a grand lobby, large rooms, clean and comfortable. The floor is high and you can enjoy the city view. The room rate is less than 400 and includes breakfast, which is absolutely worth it. If there is a slight shortcoming, it is that the training level and service awareness of the service staff still need to be improved. Because I only gave one door card when I checked in, my family was still in the room when I went out for a run in the morning. After running, I asked the front desk for another card (you need to swipe the card to take the elevator). When I explained the situation to one of the waiters, she didn't even raise her eyes and kept looking at the computer. Although another waiter took over the matter and quickly made a card for me, she said when she gave me the card, ”You have to return two cards when you check out.” This makes people feel bad. Do you need to explain this specifically? Isn't it common sense to return several cards given? Is it because they are worried that I will embezzle a room card of the hotel when I check out? What's the use of asking for a room card of the hotel? In addition, the doorman standing at the gate stood next to me when I was loading my luggage, and turned a blind eye throughout the whole process, without any intention of helping. In general, this hotel in Linxia is highly recommended. The few minor comments mentioned above are not nitpicking, but I hope they can do better."
