AAnonymous UserLocation is great at the quiet neighbourhood. However, front desk folks are always not at their station during check in period. Whenever we are out or back to hotel, the lobby is always empty. When you need to enquiry something, you need to ring them. Their housekeeping is not checking when their guests will be checking out. They are opening each room to check.

AAnonymous UserIt's clean and has its own underground parking lot, which is relatively safe.
It is about 1 km away from the central water tower, but it was raining when we arrived.
Parking costs more than 10 euros a night, I can’t remember the exact price.
I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment.

Relative to this price, the hotel room is not small, quite large, and ample.
The hotel’s breakfast is very recommended, 8.9 Euros every day, full variety, and very well managed.
The room is fairly clean and the bathroom layout is reasonable.
The location is not close to the train station, not too easy to find, but not far from the Mannheim water tower.
The staff is very welcoming.

GGuest UserThe landmark water tower is right outside the window. The facilities look historic but functional. The keys are very unique. There is a tram downstairs, one stop away from the train station, so transportation is very convenient. The hotel itself is as nice as a palace! ...

GGuest UserVery chic interior, nice furniture, comfortable room. Staff friendly and helpful. Cocktail bar was also nice. ”Fancy”, as they say, describes the whole thing very well, in a positive sense. Absolutely top price, breakfast at €20 is above the standard price but there is also a lot on offer at the buffet. Coffee could also be fetched after breakfast times, an absolute plus point, also for the small machine in the room 🙏

Probably one of the best hotel experiences in Germany, because this hotel is located just between Heidelberg and Mannheim! So easy to access both of them!! So I did the first day I looked around Heidelberg and the second day Mannheim and near Frankfurt!!
Also the hotel's amenities and cleanliness is perfect!!!
I will definitely stay again
