"A very satisfactory stay. The room looked recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. This is a very cost-effective hotel, about 350 meters away from Mannheim Central Station. It is about 900 meters to walk to Mannheim Water Tower. The staff is very warm and polite, and the room is very comfortable. Very satisfied!"

"I was very pleasantly surprised and can highly recommend this hotel! The location is perfect, as the city tram stops right outside, and you can reach any destination from the hotel in no time. The hotel staff is amazing and incredibly understanding and empathetic, making you feel completely at ease. For that, they deserve a huge thank you and heartfelt praise from me 🙏🏻. I'm usually incredibly picky and generally avoid all people and staff, but in this hotel, you feel genuine warmth, and even more rare is the personality that radiates and is represented there. "The hotel is a little way out of the city on a busy street. The windows isolate the street noise quite well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my room wasn't completely clean. Even after I pointed this out, nothing was done about it. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about."

"Erwartungsgemäß sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Badezimmer eineandfrei sauber. Das Hotelzimmer selbst ist renovierungsbedürftig. Insbesondere die Teppichböden. Aber für das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist es ideal für 2-3 Nächte zum Übernachten. Die Hotelterasse ist super. Das Personal sehr freundlich und der Hotelmanager echt Klasse! Ich kann das Hotel ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen."

"Overall good hotel, but the hotel is not changing the bed sheets for to days, which could be acceptable, but changing towels every 2 days is questionable. You have to call the reception to get fresh towel, which was ok and quick. Understand the environment related arguments or other excuses, but this is not really something, I am used to. Feels like self service hotel, not really my thing especially at a hotel like Dorinth."

"This is my 2nd stay at the hotel, since once again I had to stay in the area and my choice was simple: I would just stay at the Holiday Inn in Mannheim again. The location is perfect. I even managed to get to spend an afternoon in Heidelberg since the train station is just in front of the hotel. And again I was not disappointed at all, friendly, clean, good internet connection and quiet (yes, it is just behind the station, but one cannot hear a thing from there, at the same time turn into a train spotter ;) I recommend the hotel."

"There is a kitchenette, microwave oven, refrigerator, and cooking utensils and tableware are also available, which is very convenient. I can't speak German or English, but the questions and requests to the hotel were responded in WhatsApp Japanese, and the response was quick and polite. It's a pity that the room cleaning is once a week and the water pressure in the shower is low, but it's very comfortable even if you deduct it."
