"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Eastfive Hotel. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Zimmer gepflegt und ordentlich – da gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.
Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, was man einplanen sollte, aber für den Preis – gerade über Silvester – absolut fair. Dafür kann man wirklich nicht meckern.
Das Frühstück war gut und hatte eine ordentliche Auswahl, allerdings war es leider sehr voll, sodass es zeitweise etwas hektisch wurde.
Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man ein sauberes Hotel zu einem vernünftigen Preis sucht."

"The room doors are very noisy, banging and cracking. They need to find a solution for the room doors; there's a strange noise when the doors of the next room or another room slam shut. Also, I don't know if there was construction or renovations going on nearby or on the floors, but we woke up early in the morning to the sound of drills and hammers. The location is nice, the cleanliness is good, but this noise issue really disrupted my resting comfort."

"It's a simple and affordable hotel, though a bit of a walk from the train station. I had a comfortable stay in a spacious room with a river view. The male staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant check-in experience. It would be even more comfortable if there were an electric kettle in the room."

GGuest UserThe first stay was a good experience, so I decided to stay here the second time I came to Frankfurt. This time the room was more spacious than the last time. The hotel is next to the Main River. It was a rare sunny day. I went for a walk by the river after breakfast. It was so pleasant! (Except it was a bit cold)

WWammmbatI intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated.
However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made. To my surprise, I even found a cleaning rag under the desk. Given the condition of the room, I regretted not checking out and checking in again.
It was disappointing, especially since the staff service had been excellent.

GGuest UserThe room is a bit small, but the location is good, the door is the subway and bus, easy access, very convenient to Frankfurt, the surrounding environment is also very comfortable and quiet. The facilities are a bit old and the price is not high.

NNeleIch habe 2x Morgens keine Butter mehr bekommen, da schmecken die Brötchen nicht so gut.4
Außerdem habe ich Probleme mit dem Internet gehabt, weil nach 1 h oder so das Internet nur noch limitiert gelaufen ist. Bis auf den letzten Tag, da gab es auch unbegrenzt Internet. Ansonsten habe ich nichts auszusetzen. alles Andere war sehr gut: Freundlicher Service beim Frühstück, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, sauberes großes Zimmer.

GGuest UserThe hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. However, we had hair in our shower. I also have to complain that according to the website the check-out is at 11:30 am, at 9:44 a lady knocked on our door and then asked when we wanted to check out. When I said 11:00 she said check-out was at 10:00 and I didn't understand the rest of the sentence. But for a short stay the hotel is perfect.

WWENXIANThe hotel seems to be run by Muslims, and there is a strange smell as soon as you enter; there is its own dedicated parking lot, which is more convenient for self-driving.
