WWammmbatI intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated.
However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made. To my surprise, I even found a cleaning rag under the desk. Given the condition of the room, I regretted not checking out and checking in again.
It was disappointing, especially since the staff service had been excellent.

Furthermore, there's a large supermarket right next to the hotel, making it easy to buy whatever I need.
Highly recommended; a hotel with a rich historical atmosphere. Excellent value for money.

NNeleIch habe 2x Morgens keine Butter mehr bekommen, da schmecken die Brötchen nicht so gut.4
Außerdem habe ich Probleme mit dem Internet gehabt, weil nach 1 h oder so das Internet nur noch limitiert gelaufen ist. Bis auf den letzten Tag, da gab es auch unbegrenzt Internet. Ansonsten habe ich nichts auszusetzen. alles Andere war sehr gut: Freundlicher Service beim Frühstück, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, sauberes großes Zimmer.

GGuest UserHotel location is very convenient for the central shopping area of Offenbach (Marktplatz). The walk to the centre passes by a small park (Martin Luther) which offers a small lake hosting a number of different types of birds.
Hotel rooms are spacious with large tv and spotless daily room service. Reception is courteous and helpful. Some rooms overlook a quiet grassed courtyard with a fountain in the middle.
Summarising, an excellent hotel for a short stay.

GGuest UserThe room is a bit small, but the location is good, the door is the subway and bus, easy access, very convenient to Frankfurt, the surrounding environment is also very comfortable and quiet. The facilities are a bit old and the price is not high.

GGuest UserThe hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. However, we had hair in our shower. I also have to complain that according to the website the check-out is at 11:30 am, at 9:44 a lady knocked on our door and then asked when we wanted to check out. When I said 11:00 she said check-out was at 10:00 and I didn't understand the rest of the sentence. But for a short stay the hotel is perfect.

WWENXIANThe hotel seems to be run by Muslims, and there is a strange smell as soon as you enter; there is its own dedicated parking lot, which is more convenient for self-driving. The receptionist is a man, the efficiency is low, the service is not flexible...others have not experienced any service...
