The guest house not only stood the door on the afternoon, but pulled my pocket into the room. Even late evening very friendly reception. On the morning at the check out Mr. Rahul was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was versatile, the care was very good. I intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated. However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made. To my surprise, I even found a cleaning rag under the desk. Given the condition of the room, I regretted not checking out and checking in again. It was disappointing, especially since the staff service had been excellent.

There's a Rewe nearby, which is very convenient. The breakfast is decent, nothing special. The staff are friendly and professional. The room is quite spacious and has a safe, iron, and hairdryer. It's very quiet at night, like being in the countryside.

Hotel location is very convenient for the central shopping area of Offenbach (Marktplatz). The walk to the centre passes by a small park (Martin Luther) which offers a small lake hosting a number of different types of birds. Hotel rooms are spacious with large tv and spotless daily room service. Reception is courteous and helpful. Some rooms overlook a quiet grassed courtyard with a fountain in the middle. Summarising, an excellent hotel for a short stay.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. However, we had hair in our shower. I also have to complain that according to the website the check-out is at 11:30 am, at 9:44 a lady knocked on our door and then asked when we wanted to check out. When I said 11:00 she said check-out was at 10:00 and I didn't understand the rest of the sentence. But for a short stay the hotel is perfect.

Bis auf den letzten Tag, da gab es auch unbegrenzt Internet. Ansonsten habe ich nichts auszusetzen. alles Andere war sehr gut: Freundlicher Service beim Frühstück, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, sauberes großes Zimmer.
