Batam Hotels with Free Breakfast

Convenient location, impressive staff service and clean room. It was our first time and we’re already planning to return. The icing on the cake was the free room upgrade from premium king to studio apartment. Thank you to Willy who assisted both our chk in and chk out smoothly with clear guidance.

Everything is clean except the surrounding, haha. Deni was accommodating and showed us the room type before we booked the room. His lady colleague also did likewise the next morning when we couldn’t decide to extend the stay or not.

First of all thanks to all staff because they have upgred my superior room to the deluxe room without any charges. 👍👍👍 The room is very big and clean. The bed is the king bed . I will Definetly booking this hotel again in the future. 🥰🥰😇

Always my go to hotel whenever I visit Batam. Great location, within walking distance to Nagoya Hill, with plenty of good restaurants and massage shops nearby. There’s also a convenience store right next door. The room was spacious and mine came with a fridge, although not all rooms have one. Room cleaning could be better, but overall it’s still a good stay. The counter staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

Definitely book a lake-view room for a better view! The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the Chinese restaurant in the hotel is absolutely fantastic 👍 We ate there for two consecutive days and didn't get tired of it 👍 Especially the hotel lobby manager, Deriana, who is super friendly, provides excellent service, is very professional, and speaks amazing Chinese 👍

Quiet quaint and family friendly. I went with my mum on a daughter mother trip and the hospitality was amazing. There is a small pool in our villa that we could soak in, ATV rides (extra charges) were fully guided by staff and it was convenient that we dont have to go out and book these adventures fun activities. Everything was communicated via whatsapp, even booking of private buggy from one point of the resort to another. Although there is a small negative part, the toilet smells of dead water and stunk up the whole room, otherwise everything is great for a quick weekend getaway. A Perfect 3D2N Mother-Son Getaway! This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service. Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Eska Hotel & Suites! What stood out for me was its proximity to ESKA Spa & Wellness, convenient location, reasonable price, and most importantly, the friendly and helpful staff. I also really appreciated the flexibility with check-in. Although the room keys could only be collected after 2pm, the hotel was happy to let me check in earlier and leave my bags with the concierge. This meant I could head out and explore Batam without having to worry about my luggage. If there was one area for improvement, it would definitely be the towels. I think the hotel could do with a fresh set of good-quality white towels, as the current ones looked a little old and musty. I was honestly tempted to bring my own when i come back next time! 😅 Other than that, it was a really pleasant and comfortable stay. With new towels, it would have been pretty much perfect! Would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the convenience, value for money and wonderful service. ⭐️
