AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

MMike MCYSI recently stayed at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Batam for a short getaway, and it felt like a refreshing upgrade from the usual Batam hotel experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the space felt modern and polished, with a calm, upscale vibe that set the tone for the rest of the stay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff (Maya) were warm and welcoming, which made settling in easy.
The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything laid out in a practical way. While it wasn’t overly spacious, it didn’t feel cramped, and the bed was especially comfortable after a full day out. One of the biggest highlights was definitely the location—the hotel is directly connected to Grand Batam Mall, making it incredibly convenient to access food, shopping, and even nearby massage spots without needing to travel far.
Overall, it was a fuss-free and enjoyable stay. The facilities, including the pool and breakfast, were decent and met expectations, though not particularly outstanding. What really stood out was the convenience and comfort, making it a great choice for a relaxing, easy getaway. I would certainly consider staying here again, especially for a short trip where convenience and comfort are key.

Breakfast was also delicious and varied. The location is very central, right opposite a mall, and everything is within walking distance.

GGuest UserWe mostly enjoyed our stay in the suite as it is very new, clean and spacious. Have given it 5 stars for most aspects.
Areas of improvement include having curtains that can block off the motorbike noise as it is very close to the road, and ensuring that the floor trap is cleared. Our shower room got flooded very easily. Additionally, for guests who wish to not be disturbed, the hotel can hang the clean towels and bottled water outside the room, rather than not providing.

We have bought some Amanda Cakes around and there was no fridge in hotel but we request to keep in their fridge and all went fine. RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

SShanellejjqFrom the check in, to our check out the staff around the resort were all very helpful and smiley. They provided us with helpful advice and recommended activities to do in the resort!
Rooms were nice and clean as well and spacious. We also visited the massage in the resort and it was a really good experience!
Lots of things to do around the resort even for adults, we did archery and the instructors were very encouraging and skilled in guiding first timers!

DDr. ErikI loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

AAnonymous UserI had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness is acceptable. You can see monkeys and squirrels around the hotel, so for a beachfront resort, this level of cleanliness is probably the best they can do. The ocean views and scenery are stunning, and there are two very large pools that are great for swimming. It's a fantastic spot for photos. I'd say the ocean views here are among the best you'll find on Batam Island. The hotel's surroundings are very remote, so getting around pretty much requires a taxi.
