Wonderful location and beautiful ambience. Bfast was good and the rooms was cozy. We have a good rest.

The Hosteller kasauli is a very nice backpacker hostel. The location is good. Not in the main market, but very peaceful. Comfortable beds, wifi. Clean place.

I am disappointed with my stay at Legend Sarovar Portico Baddi. The room was spacious and the toilet was clean, which were the main positive points of my stay. However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The air-conditioning in the room was not cold at all, making it uncomfortable. The reception area also lacked proper air-conditioning, and the chairs in the lobby appeared old and worn out. Room service was extremely slow. We had to wait a long time for assistance and often needed to follow up multiple times. In addition, many food items listed on the menu were unavailable. We were told that the chef was not available, which was surprising for a hotel that offers room service. The TV entertainment system was also disappointing, as some apps such as YouTube were unavailable or not functioning properly. While the room size and cleanliness were good, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, service efficiency, dining availability, and guest facilities. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience.

The hotel was very good. Quite luxurious. Neat and clean. Friendly and helping staff. Gaming zone was also nice. The food was average. The room was huge and spacious. The bathroom was also very spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing! suggestions: they can add an ac as it is getting hotter these days. The see-through glass window can be omitted. The balcony of family room should have a few extra chairs. Altogether, the was very nice. Thank you.

Excellent property away from city chaos. Well maintained and clean rooms, washrooms and the entire overall keep up. Courteous staff. Food is also good and fairly priced. Kudos to the entire team.

Our stay at Kasauli Exotica was really enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. The food was extremely well made. The rooms were warm and the balcony was a cherry on the cake as we could enjoy the beautiful view.
