"We reached hotel at around 12 pm,we were told check in time is 2pm however they will call if room is available,we reached at 3.30pm they never called , and breakfast is strictly limited with few veg items and no eggs as well.they even run out of pickles or ice if you plan to enjoy your drink in the room even I told them to refill shower gel couple of times which they never did ,They had no internet as well on the first day and only you tube works on their tv. at 11am they called to check out as that was there check out time ,I have been to many hotels never ever I have seen so unapologetic and inhospitable behaviour by the staff. They don't have a swimming pool nor a garden to stroll around.i had taken two interconnecting rooms for two nights ,it's the first time I had a bad experience with a new branded hotel ,right from front desk ,housekeeping or the restaurant. They should learn from Sterling Puri staff how a hotel should be run."

"A greatly satisfying and relaxing stay. First of all this resort has a great location - right in the middle of mountains - wherever you see is a great view. The staff is so cooperative and well-behaved. The resort upkeep and rooms are brilliantly maintained. The transportation between the rooms, reception and restaurant is nicely maintained with continuous supply of internal cabs - you don't have to wait for more than 5 to 10 minutes. The two things where they can do better is one, I think the housekeeping could have been better. And two, the equipment at the Happy Hub are not well maintained. And now on to the biggest USP of the resort - the restaurant has some great food. I have visited 16 Club Mahindra resorts before Kandaghat, and I can safely say, this was the best food I have tasted. Don't miss the buffet breakfasts, definitely not the dinners. The service staff takes good care of you, and the chefs will pamper you. Naming some of the resources who made the stay awesome - From Reception : Ita From Restaurant Service : Pankit, Lalta, Mehak, Yogesh, Vikrant, Kirandeep, Veronica, Hina, Aisha, Preeti From Housekeeping : Nikhil Chefs Lallan and Arpita gave some special attention. Chef Shubham made customised dishes for our daughter. So, bottomline is - I am definitely coming back. Greatly and definitely recommended"

"We went to sterling, Kasauli in oct. post Diwali for a weekend getaway. The food is yummy,the staff is friendly, and an aesthetic place for influencers. It's a 20 min. drive from Mall road. They have steam, Sauna and Jacuzzi facilities that you can pre book (free of cost). They have an amazing play area for kids and a patio where you can sunbathe while kids are busy playing. Highly recommended."

We booked Premium Rooms, which were spacious, well-equipped, and offered beautiful views from the balcony. As this was a moms-and-kids trip, we especially appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff, who were always just a call away and ensured our needs were met. The property itself is beautiful, with an indoor pool and a kids' play area that our children thoroughly enjoyed. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. A special thanks to Ankit, Shivangi, Ravinder ji, Mahendra Ji, Vinay Ji, and Chef Uttam Singh Ji for making us feel so comfortable and for going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. I ordered tea so while serving they cannot serve sugar ***** wid it n if told to get the sugar they r asking how many pouches u want n they got those many as if well take rest…. Silly people…. I saw them keeping back a mistakenly fallen spoon stand on the floor n keeping them back again at same place despite of so many people walking …. See the camera recoding plz Food served on the used table is never kept in the buffet but they did it, plz see the camera footage of yesterday morning Hygiene n hospitality is questionable…. Only chef sunder mukhiya, chef lallan kumar Gupta, tilak raj ji in morning dosa chef n hina were who managed n catered my requirement regarding food…. Thank u to all I would to inform the management to take strict actions regarding the disrespect of people who r coming here to eat with high hopes….
