"“Stayed at Club Mahindra Kandaghat with family and had a wonderful overall experience. The property, food, and ambience were excellent. One special mention — Ms. Pallavi at the reception truly stood out. We faced a sewer smell issue in our room (2322) late in the evening. Despite multiple calls going unattended for nearly 2 hours, Ms. Pallavi took immediate ownership when she received my call, personally came with the maintenance team, and when the issue couldn’t be resolved, promptly arranged an alternate room ensuring our comfort. Next morning, Mr. Amit (Deputy Manager, Housekeeping) personally visited, apologised and shared his contact for future help. Kandaghat is a beautiful resort — and staff like Pallavi make it truly memorable. Highly recommended!”"
