JJenny_cc129A super surprise homestay on this trip! The two homestay managers were very enthusiastic. They took the initiative to add WeChat before check-in and explained practical matters such as the location of the homestay, parking, and surrounding dining. It will also combine our travel rhythm to plan the itinerary intimately, and the whole process is thoughtful and warm.
The room is antique as a whole, elegant and quiet, and the details can be seen everywhere. The homestay is located in the scenic area, the environment is quiet and quiet, away from the downtown area, you can enjoy the natural scenery of the North and South Lake slowly and immersively, relax and heal.
Full experience, excellent price/performance ratio, this is the first choice for visiting Nanbei Lake, very recommended!

TTuan Ying GohVery new hotel. There’s a robot to deliver what you need - from food deliveries to bottled water from the hotel. Love this automated service. Efficient. Hotel is in a quiet area which’s nice. There’s a snack supermarket opposite the hotel (3 minutes walk). Very good deals and varieties. Post office is opposite as well. About 15 minutes drive to 观海园 to watch sun rise. Should do so as the sun rise is beautiful with unblocked view.
Hotel room is kept clean and tidy. Shower can be a bit small on 6th floor. Room cleaning is well done. Toilet had a smoke smell when I checked in. Reception offered to change a room but I asked for a spray down of the toilet which did the trick.
Friendly reception staff. Warm and welcoming.

We traveled with elderly family members and children, and everyone was very satisfied. A special shout-out to Xiao Tian at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and friendly! 👍

GGuest UserThe location is good. It's easy to find it by driving. There are free parking spaces in front of the door. There is also a parking lot. You can park there at night for free. The light inside the hotel is a bit dark. The girl at the front desk was very helpful. She told us Sunrise time. There is an elevator, it is quite large and has many rooms. The facilities in the room are complete, the hygiene is good, and there is free mineral water. I will stay here again next time I come. I had something to do and left early the next day, so I didn't eat here, but the service and environment were really good.

I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, next to Qiyuan Commercial Street and RT-Mart, and it is within walking distance from the scenic spot. The view outside the window is also great, you can see the sunrise. Although the hotel facilities are old, it is cost-effective.
Disadvantages:
The water in the bathtub was green on the first day. The staff said that it might be full and the water consumption was high, so they put more water in. Although I don’t know why, the water returned to normal on the second day.
Breakfast is only until 9 o’clock, and it costs 38 yuan for children over 1.2 meters tall. The order of holiday breakfast is a bit chaotic, and the categories are not complete. The Qiyuan pancake next to it on the second day is more fragrant, but the breakfast coupon cannot be refunded, nor can it be deducted from the extra children’s breakfast on the first day.
There are no separate children’s products.
When checking out, the staff said that it is OK to give the card directly, and did not ask to verify the bill, and deducted the money directly.
