"Despite informing the owner of our late arrival there was no-one there when we arrived, we had texted them earlier that day and they had replied OK. But after texting when we arrived, ringing the door bell and ringing both phone number we got no reply. We nearly had to sleep in the street as all other hotel we contacted were full. At 1:00 AM they finally phone back and let us in. Staff were miserable. Treated us like dirt. Bed was rock hard, hardly got any sleep. Avoid, Book one of the hotels instead"

Lovely location. Sweet caretaker. Breakfast is not a full breakfast nor could one call it 'continental.' It was an attractive container of store bought packaged treats & juices.

Guest UserA great location for a pre cruise stay in the heart of the towm. Fantastic host, met us outside and took us up to the hotel and explained everything for us. Gave a great suggestion to eat that night and arranged a taxi for us and other guests the next morning to take us to our ship. Would defiantly use again if sailing from Civitavecchia.

Stayed for one night before cruise travelling. Fair location. 20 mins walk from train station. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Spacious room but a bit old. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff. Will stay again next time. Recommended.

A room in a hospital hotel. Everything is inspired by this and Italian aesthetics. Very simple and homely. The actual cost of such a room on a global scale should be no more than €30.

The service is friendly, but bus service is infrequent on holidays. Uber is unavailable. It's located near the sea; get off at San Gordiano (one stop before Civitavichia train station) and walk 500 meters. There's parking and restaurants. Seafood fried noodles cost €12; the green bus usually costs €1.50. It's quiet; you can stroll through the alleyways. Public beaches are scarce. Suitable for those with a car.

The bed was very comfortable but the room was dark, musty and smelled damp. Difficult to open the shutters which are high and very dirty to touch. Couldn't leave window open to air room as on ground floor. First impression of room was looking at threads hanging down from the stairs to the bedroom- looked like cobwebs at first - could be easily remedied. No explair in bathroom- not good.

The room was very clean, located near the city center, 10 minutes from the train station, and 10 minutes from the cruise bus. But there is no elevator, please carry your luggage yourself. There are attractions and restaurants nearby.
