Anonymous UserWe absolutely love this hotel! This is in fact, our second stay at this hotel - Hirose and Sato were very friendly and welcoming!
The hotel is close to the station, They even have on onsen after tiring shopping day! I Would highly recommend booking this if you're looking for something close to the station!

The room isn't big, but it's sufficient. It was very clean and reasonably priced. However, the daily cleaning wasn't satisfactory; they basically never washed the cups (am I, the guest, supposed to wash them myself?) and didn't restock the disposable toiletries in the bathroom. I wasn't very happy with that.

”Great location! The place is quiet, beautiful, safe, and closed to Mitsui Outlet. Lots of excellent restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby.
The team was incredibly attentive and super quick to respond to any needs.
A special thanks to hotel team: I accidentally left stuff behind and only noticed at the airport. They kindly shipped them to my friend's house immediately. I’m so grateful for their wonderful hospitality and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiba”

The hotel's location is great, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. However, even though the hotels looks clean… if you are a person with attention to details like me, you will notice things that most ignore. Our room was extremely dusty seems like the lights, AC was never cleaned. The shower head was broken, water was apliting… for the price we pay it could be way better. The staff are helpfulfull

I chose this hotel specifically because of its long history, and it absolutely lived up to expectations! The lobby, corridors, elevators, and rooms all exude a grand 90s style, and the room doors even retain the old-fashioned key entry. My room also had a walk-out balcony with panoramic city views.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Kaihin-Makuhari Station. Around the station, there are many restaurants, and an outlet mall on one side. On the other side of the hotel, there's even a Sushiro.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they offer luggage storage.
The only minor drawback is that some of the authentic vintage fixtures, like the faucets, were a bit difficult to use. Also, the hotel follows environmental regulations, so they don't offer full daily room cleaning.

This stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. The room itself was modern and cozy, very spacious, and incredibly well-lit. What impressed me most were the bed linens – they were incredibly soft yet supportive, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Furthermore, the staff's service was exceptionally professional and warm; every detail was meticulously taken care of, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered a wide variety, combining both Western and Chinese options, and the ingredients were fresh. All in all, this was an incredibly good value stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for leisure or business.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a sleeping gown was provided during my stay which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is very convenient and easy to find, just a short walk after exiting the station. There is also a direct train from Chibaminato Station to Tokyo Station via the Keiyo Line, which makes traveling very convenient.
Livemax Hotels and Resorts maintains a consistent standard of cleanliness and comfort. I also stayed in Kannai-Ekimae branch, which was equally clean and comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my stays at both Livemax locations.
The hotels are highly recommended, especially for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodations. Additionally, for a small extra fee of ¥1,000, guests can extend their stay until 12:00 PM, which is an excellent value.

wtfisheryService from the staff was nice.. facilities was okay.. location was near the train station.. we didnt like the vibe of the area especially at night.. felt like the security in the area was very very poor. there are always a lot people camping around from the train station all the way to the hotel, trying to prey on people who are alone. they are always staring at me and my husband everytime we walk back from the train station. during our 1st night stay, my husband went down to the nearby combini alone and an obaasan kept following him asking if he wants massage service from hotel to combini and back to the hotel. then another night, we saw 1 girl got cornered by a group of guys while walking back to the hotel. she was obviously distressed but we are couldnt do anything since we are outnumbered. we didnt want to get into trouble so we can only walk away with guilt as fast as we could back to the hotel. drunk people everywhere. no police in sight during the few nights we were there as well. overall, definitely no issue with the hotel but we will not return to Chiba again.
