Stayed at Novotel Ambassador Suwon and loved the convenience. Rooms were clean, modern, and quiet with comfy beds. Staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. Great location near the station and shopping. Overall, excellent value in Suwon for family trips.

This hotel is incredibly comfortable, and the front desk staff are always so cheerful. The room layout is very tidy, and the bathroom and toilet are exceptionally clean. I was able to enjoy a relaxing hot bath there. Honestly, it felt just like being at home. It completely washed away any unpleasant experiences I had at other hotels in Seoul. A special thanks to the male staff member named Han at the front desk, who also helped me send a package. In summary: a first-class hotel with top-notch, warm service. I also think the air conditioning system in the room was by far the best I encountered during my two-week trip in Korea; it maintained a perfectly consistent temperature, unlike some places where it fluctuated, and the room never felt stuffy. Just a small suggestion: it would be even better if they could provide slippers or bathrobes for children.

I highly recommend the Marriot Hotel! My stay here was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations.â¨
The cleanliness was exceptional. The room was spotless, the bedding clean and fluffy, and the bathroom free of any strange odors. You could tell the housekeeping team paid great attention to detail, making for a truly comfortable stay.
The hotel's ambiance is superb. It's conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The hotel's interior design is simple yet elegant, and the public areas are clean and quiet. The soundproofing is excellent too, so I wasn't disturbed at all and had a very restful sleep.
The service was impeccable! The front desk staff were warm and professional. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. Their attentiveness throughout made me feel especially welcome.
The room facilities were complete and brand new. The deluxe twin room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the toiletries were of good quality. All the amenities were well-provided, perfectly meeting my travel needs.
Whether you're traveling solo or on a business trip, this hotel is an excellent choice. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit and have already recommended it to my friends!

The room was nice and spacious, and there's a street with bars and BBQ joints nearby. However, the hotel's entrance was incredibly hard to find; I had to circle around three or four times just to locate it after work. The front desk staff consistently wore black masks, making them seem as if they didn't want to be seen, which I found quite strange. Furthermore, the KTV (karaoke bar) just one street away employs 'princesses' (hostesses). Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked here. As a woman, I felt a bit unsafe walking on that street. I strongly advise female business travelers, especially those in China, to avoid booking accommodations on this street behind City Hall.

Guest UserI visited with my child! Overall, the accommodation was incredibly clean. The gym and breakfast were also free for one person, so we only paid for one extra. The room was very tidy, and best of all, each floor had a microwave and various other amenities, which was very convenient. Its proximity to Suwon Station is also a huge plus.
However, it was a bit disappointing that we could occasionally hear singing from a karaoke place nearby at night. Those who are sensitive to noise should keep this in mind.

The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Suwon City Hall subway station. The facilities are comparable to what you'd find at an Ibis hotel in China, but the room was surprisingly spacious. For the price, it offers excellent value for money, especially in Korea. There's a self-service laundry room on B1, with both washing and drying machines costing 2,000 KRW per cycle.

YunekiThe bigger bath towel is only given 1 piece for a double room that I booked for 2 nights. Toilet paper need to be thrown into the rubbish bin and yet thereâs no bidet at the toilet bowl. Would recommend adding this feature. Room is not cleaned after one night stay. Not too sure if youâll need to make special requests. The room has an aircon unit but the Aircond were switched off centrally and cannot be used. Room has floor heating so the room is warm. Youâll need to open the window to let the cool air in. Stayed during Jan in winter. Hotel is a tad old. The basin has no stopper and turn moldy green

Solo AceI ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

I had a very good rest! Even in the middle of heavy snowfall, the room was very warm. I really like warm rooms in winter. I would love to stay here again! It's a little far away from the bus terminal and from the train station, but it was possible to get to these places via the bus services. I loved the nearby walls/fort.

Solo AceI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasnât able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
