"Room furniture bit old.. the chair cannot be seated.. the wood it's like you play puzzles or Jenga (refer photo).. must change immediately... The air conditioner also got leaking.. the room space quite ok.. only no soundproof.. can hear people talk from next door and also vehicle running from outside.. need improvement.."
