Amazing
TTracing the TraceysWe enjoyed our quick getaway thanks to this hotel being in the heart of the city. We arrived early in the morning and I was so surprised they were able to check us in at 9AM. Superb! The room was pristine and breakfast choices varied. Although, I hope they had more protein than just bacon and sausage, perhaps something less processed. But regardless, I enjoyed the other options and the bacon, yes. Pool is 4ft deep so I didn’t have to worry about my shorty self, lol.
Oh and our room had the lagoon view so that was nice. It would have been nicer if they had the fountain lights at night though. Perhaps another time.
Would love to come again should we visit Bacolod next time.
AAtty Mich HortonWe stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained.
The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated.
They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay.
Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good.
Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.
CCecil BenitoWe had a nice trip to Bacolod and stayed at Acacia Hotel for 4 nights. The people are very warm and they always greet guests and the service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good and included with our accommodation which is very affordable with the amenities as well with wave pool. We also enjoyed the massage that we availed. There is just one thing that the management must address, the ac had a disturbing sound and I hope they would fix it. The location is good because it’s very near the mall. Overall we had a good time staying at Acacia Hotel Bacolod.
GGuest UserEverything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent.
Nevertheless, Thank you and Good Job Team Sugarland!
MMaxx SteelAt first I was hesitant to book again in this hotel due to my previous experiences with their branches particularly the very basic amenities they offer, but my recent booking on this newly renovated hotel changed my impression. Definitely worth booking and the rooms are much more nice and location is best especially for those planning to head north of Negros.
AAnonymous UserClean, near malls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds but the water has a bit of a rust smell. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.”
AAnonymous UserClean, Classy and accessible.
I liked that it had complete amenities and even came with free breakfast. The breakfast wasn’t fancy just basic meals like egg and bread but it was still good and I appreciated that it was free. I also really appreciated the staff; they were easy to talk to and very hospitable. Overall, it was a great experience
TTrisha BeltranIts a wonderful getaway malinis naman mabango yung Linens. Subrang luma lang noong table under the tv daming crack and dents. Naka smart Tv natin hindi ka ma bobored dahil my YouTube.
I like it kasi malapit sa SM, 15pesos lang each nasa SM kana wala pang 1km. Approachable naman mga staff, sya pa nag take photo sa amin since Valentines noong time na yon

Which is wala sa iba.
EEllie J.MAvenue Suites Hotel Bacolod offers a decent stay for short visits. The location is convenient and accessible to nearby establishments, which is a plus for travelers. The staff were generally polite and accommodating, making check-in and basic requests smooth.
However, the facilities could use some improvement. The room amenities felt a bit limited, and certain areas of the hotel appear to need maintenance or upgrades. While it’s not a bad place to stay, it may not fully meet expectations for comfort and convenience.
Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re looking for something simple, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
