CCSPimentelHotel should at least have laundry facility and hair blower for rent (if room has no hair blower facility). The family room should at least have shelves sufficient to unload clothes not just the side tablesā shelves. Bit we liked the cleanliness and staff attitudes.

å¼ å¼ The hotel is at a normal level, there is no elevator, the luggage is a little tired, the breakfast is a package type, the air conditioner is a little super at night, and the free shuttle service is very good.

GGuest UserI don't know if it's the off-season, but I feel the service is not very good. The normal check-in time is 14:00, but I checked in early because of my flight. Although the hotel let us check in, they didn't tell us that there would be an extra charge until we checked out. They charged an extra 600 pesos. And the room was not cleaned every day.

OoregonAverage. Air conditioner failed the first night, super hot all night. Moved us to another room the next day. Toilet leaked and would not stop running, they attempted to fix it but needed a plumber. Water then turned brown in both the toilet and the sink, the shower stayed clean. Checked out 3 days later with water still leaking and dirty.

ę£ę£č±ē³ęå„Very clean hotel, the front desk service is super good, one day at 5 o'clock in the morning will also help arrange breakfast. The hot water is very good, the water is enough, better than most hotels in the Philippines. very satisfied
