The stay was excellent! The hotel facilities are very modern, and every detail in the room was thoughtfully considered. The hotel restaurant is also worth trying; the local specialties are delicious, and the service is attentive. The staff, in particular, were warm and professional, making me feel very welcome. Сервис просто отсутствует. Попросил заменить батарейки в тв пульте, ждал минут 15, на повторные звонки ответа не получил, пришлось спуститься на ресепшн, администратор в мобильном телефоне сидит. Сослась на занятость и оформление гостя, при этом вокруг не было ни одного человека. Фен работал с перебоями, попросил заменить, также ожидание не менее 15 минут, на повторные звонк по внутренней связи также не отвечали. Принесли гораздо позже. Заказал звонок-побудку на 3-00, акцентировал внимание, что авиарейс в 5-00, я устал с дороги и могу проспать. Дозвона в 3-00 не последовало!

The hotel is located in the center of Irkutsk, right next to a shopping plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and generous portions, and the service was also very good. We even got to try the local specialty dumplings, which are definitely worth a try!

There is a Chinese painting in the room. It is estimated that the main reception is for Chinese people. The check-in experience is very good. The walking distance around the hotel is Karl Marx Street. It is very convenient to eat and travel. The front desk lady is very good to help us take a taxi.

I really like this hotel; the space everywhere is spacious, clean, simple, and elegant. My room had a row of large windows facing the Angara River right in front, and I could even open them since there were screens, which was fantastic. The breakfast ingredients were very fresh. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night with people playing instruments and singing by the river, but it should be much better with the windows closed, and even more so on rainy nights. If you're sensitive to noise, you could choose a room on the other side.

Отличное место для отдыха после сложного перелёта. Останавливаемся там уже 2 раз и каждый раз спим очень много и крепко. Рядом центральный рынок и столовая в продуктовом магазине Слата. Вообщем нам там нравится.

We stayed in a room with two single beds, and the room and bathroom were very small! Our friends all booked rooms with two single beds, but their rooms and bathrooms were larger than ours – it seems to depend on luck when rooms are assigned! Looking at the hotel's room assignment map, rooms 1 and 2 are the larger rooms. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, but there was a hot and cold water dispenser at the front desk and on each floor. The dispensers always had cold water, but the one on my floor didn't have hot water! Regarding the hotel's free Wi-Fi, the first method is to rely on the front desk staff to help you connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, but this only works on the front desk floor! The second method also relies on the front desk staff, but you need a local Russian mobile phone number to receive the hotel Wi-Fi authentication SMS, which allows you to use the hotel Wi-Fi in your room! There's no elevator, and we stayed on the third and fourth floors, making it difficult to move our luggage! There was an electric kettle in the room, a wall-mounted radiator, and another electric heater that you could plug in yourself. The bathroom didn't have heating or a heated towel rack, but the hot water and water pressure were sufficient. Breakfast is a buffet and quite good, with hot water, coffee, and tea also provided. The hotel is located near the Central Market, about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day; they are helpful and can assist with booking taxis via an app. Even if there is a language barrier, they can use the app for translation.
