"Apartment house Listratova" - a small wooden eco-hotel, a two-storey building, built in 2018 in the style of wooden architecture of the Royal time.
We wanted to combine sustainability, antiquity and comfort. We hope we succeeded. We are waiting For you to visit and want to hear your opinion!

A 5-minute walk is 130th quarter - a specially created area of historical development in Irkutsk, which includes several dozen monuments of architecture and history of the city. Cafes, bars, restaurants are all there.
10 minutes - Angara river embankment with walking Islands and Ferris wheel.
The museums of the great Decembrist are also within walking distance.
"1. Excellent Location: The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere, and public transportation is also very convenient.
2. Easy Communication: The receptionist speaks English, making communication smooth. It seems there's also a group of Chinese students studying in Russia staying at the hotel.
3. Breakfast: You'll be given a menu upon check-in; just check the items you want to eat. Everything is freshly made in the kitchen the next day, and the food is delicious. I recommend the boiled eggs.
4. Environment: Although it's in the city center, it's located on a street with virtually no traffic, making it very quiet. However, the hotel's soundproofing isn't very good."

GGuest UserThe hotel service was excellent:
1. Knowing we had an early morning flight the next day, they packed us lunch boxes.
2. Residence registration was very smooth.
3. They enthusiastically helped us arrange a ride to the airport, which cost just over 500 rubles.
4. Although the front desk's English was limited, they proactively tried to communicate.
Other amenities were also good:
1. The breakfast buffet offered eight hot dishes, other cold dishes, fruit, and drinks.
2. The restaurant isn't large, but the breakfast buffet is open until 11:00 AM, which is very convenient.
3. The decor and amenities are a bit dated, but the room has a sun-lit corner where you can enjoy tea while basking in the sun.
4. It's within walking distance of both Lenin Street and Karl-Marx Street.

VVLADISLAVYKTThe hotel is clean, neat. The location is good, literally near the streets of Dzerzhinsky, Carl Marx, Lenin, so shops and cafes sea. In the room all standard, hot water without problems, there are coolers with drinking water, bedding and towels clean.
One request only - you don't need to clean up and wash the floor early in the morning, because of low noise insulation all days woke up from the noise of cleaning in the corridor (the feeling that you are not in a hotel, but in a hospital) where, in which hotels you have seen to

KKitty@Suitable for a family, living alone is a bit lonely, and one person can't see it. Fortunately, the proprietress arranged a car to pick me up through email. The scenery is very good. 20 yuan to take a taxi from the airport.

GGuest UserThe hotel is suitable for four people traveling with children. The bathroom is small, but the view from the window is nice. The hotel has a great location, right next to a large shopping mall (which also has a Golden Apple store). There are many restaurants next to the hotel, but breakfast is slow, so plan your time accordingly. Also, the hotel sign doesn't have English; it has a logo that looks like an envelope. The second picture shows the Buryat restaurant next to the hotel, where you can order steamed buns.
