Guest UserWe loved the position of this hotel - right on the doorstep of the magnificent ancient city but out of the tourist path. It was delightful to wander through the ruins on our own and feel the history there without the crowds of the other towns. Our room was clean and beautifully presented and Mutti and his collegues organised everything we needed at a great price from scooter hire to our airport bus. The view of the balloons from our balcony at 5am is something we will never forget. We would definitely stay again.

If you want to watch balls without leaving the hotel, this hotel is perfect. Beautiful view! Very kind and attentive staff. Delicious breakfasts. Pacific area.
Nearby is a mosque. There are a few good restaurants.
Close to the Rose Valley, which is beautiful at sunset.
I had a great time in this hotel.

Service, meals, location, facilities and cleanliness are very good. However, due to the characteristics of cave hotels, the hill is more than 50 meters long.

The hotel owner's service attitude is very good, all kinds of questions are helped to answer, booking hot air balloons, taxis or other projects can find him, I am the hot air balloon I booked online, compared, not as cheap as the boss recommended

YIQUANNot in the town of Goreme, in a town 10 minutes by car. The benefits here are particularly quiet and few people. I think the hotel is very good and the service is very good. Go to Kayseri Airport the next day, you can book here. Different grades of cars according to their own needs

Clean, safe , quiet and with warm temp and hot water. host is very welcome helpful and give all travel information on recommend places or even unseen point by solo travel. host also allow to check in earlier, recommend for booking at this place.

It’s been a great couple of days, the most beautiful and amazing attraction was to stay in the cave hotel room, outside was scorching hot over 100 degrees everyday, but inside our cave room without any air conditioning, it was comfortable between 70-73 degrees maybe. We were almost cold at some point, we had to open the balcony door to let warm air come in. The location was perfect it’s not the downtown where it’s bustling, but right in front of the biggest attraction the cave church. Easy short hike, and small restaurants and shops surrounding.
The staff was super friendly, the manager was very helpful, helped us with everything. They offered to help with all our activities and transfers.
The last most important part was that I had forgotten my 360 camera, and messaged them right away, they sent it to me to another hotel that I stayed in the next few days. They were prompt and helpful. So I caught up with my camera much sooner.

Everything was fine. My only suggestion is to put the hotel restaurant menu in the rooms. Although the prices were normal for the area, we unfortunately did not hear about it until the last day. We would also like to thank the entire team. Quality is quality everywhere.

We had a good experience at the hotel , they were very friendly , everything it’s clean and it’s close to Göreme , Avanos and Love Valley , Great location if you want to see the balloons . The Breakfast was really good and we felt like home .
