JJessica12Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food.
Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant.
They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us.
The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests!
Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

The staff were very nice
But the hotel itself was not so great
The TV is completely useless, because the very few channels are all fuzzy
We were there for four days and on day one I noticed a dead Roach that stayed there till we left
The huge key you'll have to leave at the front desk, because it's too big to carry
It reminded me of my childhood when my parents had to do that
But the staff and breakfast were both very nice

MMasalIt was soooooooo great. The view was beautiful, people were kind and the room was cool. They gave me an upgraded balcony room, recommending me to enjoy the view, and it was so true. Breakfast was included. It was a bit simple, but enough for me. I ate a lot of watermelon... 가성비 최고! 미니 버스나 택시 타고 어디든 가기 좋고 바다 접근성도 좋아요. 옆에 있는 비치 클럽에 간 것도 좋았습니다.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not too far from the center of Bodrum town. It is easy to drive to. The location is excellent, the environment is quiet, the facilities are sufficient, the spa is great, and the hotel's beach is beautiful. It is a good place to relax on vacation.

GGuest UserMy family and I stayed at Costa Luvi Hotel in Bodrum, and we truly had a wonderful experience from start to finish. All the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. From the reception to the restaurant and bar teams, everyone made us feel very comfortable and welcome.
I'd especially like to thank Mr. Gürkan, the personnel manager. He was very attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. All the service staff were also exceptionally good; they were always smiling and ready to assist.
My thanks also go to the kitchen team and the chef. I have a gluten-free diet, and they were incredibly accommodating in this regard. They were very careful and understanding with the food options. The food variety was truly impressive; there were different dishes, desserts, snacks, and many beverage choices every day. The all-day open bar was also a great bonus.
I'd also like to give a special shout-out to the animation team, especially İlker. He constantly kept us informed about the hotel's events and activities in Bodrum. He was very helpful and always engaged when it came to concerts, foam parties, boat tours, and other activities.
The hotel itself was generally very clean, peaceful, and comfortable. The sea and beach were also quite clean. Its location is also excellent. It's a very suitable hotel for families, couples, and anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant holiday.
Overall, Costa Luvi Hotel offers excellent value for money. My family and I made many beautiful memories there. I would definitely love to come back and wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends planning a trip to Bodrum.

AALLocation, venue, staff, everything was perfect. Interests were great. The fact that they accept pets was the reason for my first choice. We went very comfortably with our dog and made our holiday. It was a hotel experience that I will always remember for us.

GGuest UserI would recommend 1000000☀️❤️, i love breakfast, there are many options, staffs are very friendly, swimming pool and view are amazing. Actually i have never seen clean hotel like this ❤️ and i just walked to beach for 15 minutes and city centre is near too.
