FfeeonnaaaEnjoyed our 3 nights at Noku Phuket! The front desk and bell team were absolutely lovely during our time here, and we had a complimentary upgrade to the room with the whirlpool in our balcony! Loved that the room was super spacious, and there were dual sinks in the bathroom. Location was pretty far but they provided complimentary shuttles to Phuket town too!
Didn’t manage to explore the breakfast, dining and spa offerings during this stay!
It would be good if the hotel could look into improving their flooring (there were some gaps & there was even a piece of wood sticking out and was a hazard). The linen was really thin and not fitting of 5 star standard, which was a shame as the hotel was really pretty! But overall still a highly recommended stay!

The hotel is not situated along the main road, or near the beach (which is about 15mins walk). However there are restaurants and grocery shop right opposite the hotel.
My room is at level 1, with direct access to the pool. The room is spacious
I would definitely recommend to everyone!

SShayu-zggggPhuket's top choice! I picked this place because I didn't want to deal with the hassle and sun exposure of island hopping, and it was absolutely amazing. The room layouts are very well-planned, and the overall resort vibe is fantastic! When checking in, there's a separate reception area where they go through all the hotel details with you in a very attentive, almost 'kneeling' manner. We stayed at The Surin before this, and this place is even better! The service is also exceptional! It's truly a great spot to just relax and unwind. Wow, I'll definitely be back!

NNastia.pohThere were some misunderstandings with the staff, but the manager contacted us and apologized. We are happy with the hotel; it's not our first time staying here, and it's excellent for families with small children, offering a kids' room and delicious European breakfasts. We were given a room with a magnificent view from the window, which was a real pleasure to look out of every morning and evening.

MManbahaoxiangyuI stayed here ten years ago. Perhaps due to some Chinese superstitions, there weren't many Chinese guests, and breakfast was primarily Western-style. Of course, the room facilities can't compare to newly opened hotels in China, given that this is an established resort. Aside from that, the resort ambiance was fantastic. On the day we checked in, which was my child's birthday, they thoughtfully sent a birthday cake while we were out – a nice little surprise.
The hotel is situated in a quiet yet central location in Patong. The pool is huge, offering expansive views directly facing the sea. On clear days, you can watch the sunset from the pool. It's separated from the beach by just a small road, making it very convenient for beach activities or simply relaxing. We stayed in a swim-up room for two nights, which felt more like a private pool. However, with kids, we preferred the main pool, mainly for the better views. We basically spent our days by the pool and evenings at the beach. There's a good massage place and restaurant right by the hotel's main entrance. They're next to each other, and the restaurant, belonging to the neighboring hotel, has a trendy, Instagrammable vibe and is popular with many foreigners. If the hotel breakfast isn't to your liking, you can have brunch there; we ate there several times and also had massages for a few days straight. This trip, we stayed in both Karon and Patong, but next time, I'd only choose Patong – it's much more convenient for going out and exploring.

There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool, always a spot to relax, and an excellent bar with delicious cocktails.
The housekeeping is top-notch; our room was cleaned twice a day and the bed was made.
The hotel has a very convenient app with all the information you need, and you can even order extra necessities to your room. I ordered an additional pillow and there were several different types to choose from.
The breakfasts are excellent, and on certain days, there are seafood dinners. The buffet includes oysters, crab, shrimp, and hot dishes, all for 1250 baht.
We will definitely be back. This is one of the best hotels for our vacation ❤️

CCaizhaoyuanThe service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and having the 'rabbit car' (shuttle service) was a great help for getting around. We received a complimentary welcome fruit basket on our first day, which was a lovely touch. The hotel also boasts a private beach that remains peaceful and private even during peak season. We'd definitely come back again. The only minor drawback was that the Italian risotto I had was a bit undercooked, quite al dente.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right on the seashore. We had a room with direct pool access, which was amazing! 🥰 Our friends had a sea-view room, and that was beautiful too. The room itself was lovely, and the bed linen was fresh. The staff were polite and attentive. The sea was a bit murky, and there were a lot of rocks at low tide, BUT! It felt exclusive, with very few people around, almost like having a private beach. The kids loved spending time in the pool, and for the sea, we’d walk to Ao Yon, about a 10-minute stroll, conveniently passing a 7/11 on the way. The hotel is definitely good. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful holiday! 💕

GGuest UserSpectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing.
Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.

JJacquesChenOverall, I had a pleasant stay at Sunset Beach Resort. The facilities are a bit dated, but they are well maintained, which I truly appreciate. You can tell the resort takes good care of what it has.
The location is generally fine, though the beach directly in front of the resort isn’t the best. Patong Beach is about a 300+ meter walk away, which is manageable, just something to note for guests who expect a beachfront swimming spot.
The only part that slightly affected our experience was the shuttle service — not a big issue, but a memorable one. On 1 February, around 5:30 PM, we informed the front desk that we needed the 6:30 PM shuttle to Bangla Street. We even confirmed it twice and were told to sit and wait, as the staff would notify us when the shuttle arrived. We made sure they knew exactly where we were waiting.
By 7:00 PM, after no update, we went back to the front desk only to be told that the shuttle had already left. The staff apologized and admitted she had overlooked us, and arranged the next shuttle.
Nothing serious — just an unexpected extra 30 minutes of “resort relaxation time” we hadn’t planned for. 😊
Still, aside from this hiccup, the stay was comfortable, and with a bit more attention to shuttle coordination, the experience would be even better.
